A última palavra vem do Senhor
A última palavra pertence ao Senhor. Os planos do homem estão sujeitos à soberania de Deus. Ele rege toda a história e nenhum de seus propósitos pode ser frustrado.
Arrangements of the heart [are] of man, || An answer of the tongue from YHWH.
YHWH has worked all things for Himself, || And also the wicked—for a day of evil.
God [is] not a man—and lies, || And a son of man—and relents! Has He said—and He does not do [it]? And spoken—and He does not confirm it?
And YHWH says to Moses, "Has the hand of YHWH become short? Now you see whether My word meets you or not."
So is My word that goes out of My mouth, || It does not return to Me empty, || But has done that which I desired, || And prosperously effected that [for] which I sent it.
"Behold, I [am] YHWH, God of all flesh: is anything too wonderful for Me?"
"You have known that [for] all things You are able, || And no purpose is withheld from You.
All that YHWH pleased He has done, || In the heavens and in earth, || In the seas and all deep places,
and He is before all, and all things have consisted in Him.
The heaven and the earth will pass away, but My words will not pass away.
Behold, it has come, and it has been done, || A declaration of Lord YHWH, || It [is] the day of which I spoke.
who does not know the thing of tomorrow; for what is your life? For it is a vapor that is appearing for a little [while], and then is vanishing; instead, you [ought] to say, "If the LORD may will, we will live, and do this or that";
