The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge; but the foolish despise wisdom and discipline.(Proverbs 1:7)

The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom, and the knowledge of the All-holy is understanding.(Proverbs 9:10)

The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom; a good understanding have all they that do thereafter; His praise endureth for ever.(Psalms 111:10)

The fear of the LORD is the instruction of wisdom; and before honour goeth humility.(Proverbs 15:33)

The fear of the LORD is to hate evil; pride, and arrogancy, and the evil way, and the froward mouth, do I hate.(Proverbs 8:13)

Be not wise in thine own eyes; fear the LORD, and depart from evil; It shall be health to thy navel, and marrow to thy bones.(Proverbs 3:7,8)

Better is little with the fear of the LORD, than great treasure and turmoil therewith.(Proverbs 15:16)

The reward of humility is the fear of the LORD, even riches, and honour, and life.(Proverbs 22:4)

Behold, the eye of the LORD is toward them that fear Him, toward them that wait for His mercy;(Psalms 33:18)

Hallelujah. Happy is the man that feareth the LORD, that delighteth greatly in His commandments.(Psalms 112:1)

A Song of Ascents. Happy is every one that feareth the LORD, that walketh in His ways.(Psalms 128:1)

(3-20) But unto you that fear My name shall the sun of righteousness arise with healing in its wings; and ye shall go forth, and gambol as calves of the stall.(Malachi 4:2)

(67-8) May God bless us; and let all the ends of the earth fear Him.(Psalms 67:7)

And it came to pass, because the midwives feared God, that He made them houses.(Exodus 1:21)

And now, Israel, what doth the LORD thy God require of thee, but to fear the LORD thy God, to walk in all His ways, and to love Him, and to serve the LORD thy God with all thy heart and with all thy soul; to keep for thy good the commandments of the LORD, and His statutes, which I command thee this day?(Deuteronomy 10:12,13)

(13-5) After the LORD your God shall ye walk, and Him shall ye fear, and His commandments shall ye keep, and unto His voice shall ye hearken, and Him shall ye serve, and unto Him shall ye cleave.(Deuteronomy 13:4)

The end of the matter, all having been heard: fear God, and keep His commandments; for this is the whole man.(Ecclesiastes 12:13)

Grace is deceitful, and beauty is vain; but a woman that feareth the LORD, she shall be praised.(Proverbs 31:30)

To him that is ready to faint kindness is due from his friend, even to him that forsaketh the fear of the Almighty.(Job 6:14)
