2 Let us come before him with thanksgiving

and sing joyful songs of praise.

4 Enter the Temple gates with thanksgiving;

go into its courts with praise.

Give thanks to him and praise him.

1 *Praise the Lord!

Give thanks to the Lord, because he is good;

his love is eternal.

28 You are my God, and I give you thanks;

I will proclaim your greatness.

7 Sing hymns of praise to the Lord;

play music on the harp to our God.

30 I will praise God with a song;

I will proclaim his greatness by giving him thanks.

7 The Lord protects and defends me;

I trust in him.

He gives me help and makes me glad;

I praise him with joyful songs.

13 Now, our God, we give you thanks, and we praise your glorious name.

6 Don’t worry about anything, but in all your prayers ask God for what you need, always asking him with a thankful heart.

3 I thank my God for you every time I think of you;

17 Everything you do or say, then, should be done in the name of the Lord Jesus, as you give thanks through him to God the Father.

2 We always thank God for you all and always mention you in our prayers. 3 For we remember before our God and Father how you put your faith into practice, how your love made you work so hard, and how your hope in our Lord Jesus Christ is firm.

14 But thanks be to God! For in union with Christ we are always led by God as prisoners in Christ’s victory procession. God uses us to make the knowledge about Christ spread everywhere like a sweet fragrance.

10 *And God, who supplies seed for the sower and bread to eat, will also supply you with all the seed you need and will make it grow and produce a rich harvest from your generosity. 11 He will always make you rich enough to be generous at all times, so that many will thank God for your gifts which they receive from us.

19 *Speak to one another with the words of psalms, hymns, and sacred songs; sing hymns and psalms to the Lord with praise in your hearts. 20 In the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, always give thanks for everything to God the Father.

21 Submit yourselves to one another because of your reverence for Christ.

41 Then Jesus took the five loaves and the two fish, looked up to heaven, and gave thanks to God. He broke the loaves and gave them to his disciples to distribute to the people. He also divided the two fish among them all. 42 Everyone ate and had enough. 43 Then the disciples took up twelve baskets full of what was left of the bread and the fish.
