Agradecimento

Por Bíblia Online

O agradecimento é a linguagem natural do cristão. Em tudo dai graças! A gratidão a Deus transforma a perspectiva, fortalece a fé e produz alegria em todos os tempos.

Dar graças sempre

Em tudo dai graças, porque esta é a vontade de Deus em Cristo Jesus para convosco. A gratidão é atitude fundamental.

In all things give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you all.

Giving thanks always for all things, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, to God and the Father:

And let the peace of Christ rejoice in your hearts, wherein also you are called in one body: and be ye thankful. Let the word of Christ dwell in you abundantly, in all wisdom: teaching and admonishing one another in psalms, hymns, and spiritual canticles, singing in grace in your hearts to God. All whatsoever you do in word or in work, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, giving thanks to God and the Father by him.

Be instant in prayer; watching in it with thanksgiving:

Be nothing solicitous; but in every thing, by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your petitions be made known to God.

Louvor e gratidão

Entrai pelas portas com ação de graças. Rendei graças ao Senhor porque Ele é bom e a sua bondade dura para sempre.

The perverse heart did not cleave to me: and the malignant, that turned aside from me, I would not know.

Upon the rivers of Babylon, there we sat and wept: when we remembered Sion:

A canticle of a psalm for David himself.

Sing ye to the Lord and bless his name: shew forth his salvation from day to day.

Declare his glory among the Gentiles: his wonders among all people.

The Lord hath reigned, he is clothed with beauty: the Lord is clothed with strength, and hath girded himself. For he hath established the world which shall not be moved.

Thy throne is prepared from of old: thou art from everlasting.

My soul hath slumbered through heaviness: strengthen thou me in thy words.

Remove from me the way of iniquity: and out of thy law have mercy on me.

Now therefore our God we give thanks to thee, and we praise thy glorious name.

Expressões de gratidão

Graças a Deus pelo seu dom inefável! A gratidão se expressa em oração, louvor e generosidade para com os outros.

Thanks be to God for his unspeakable gift.

That being enriched in all things, you may abound unto all simplicity, which worketh through us thanksgiving to God.

But thanks be to God, who hath given us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.

I give thanks to my God always for you, for the grace of God that is given you in Christ Jesus,

First I give thanks to my God, through Jesus Christ, for you all, because your faith is spoken of in the whole world.

Because that, when they knew God, they have not glorified him as God, or given thanks; but became vain in their thoughts, and their foolish heart was darkened.

For of him, and by him, and in him, are all things: to him be glory for ever. Amen.

The Lord bless thee, and keep thee. The Lord shew his face to thee, and have mercy on thee. The Lord turn his countenance to thee, and give thee peace.

They that are vain observe vanities, forsake their own mercy.

We are bound to give thanks always to God for you, brethren, as it is fitting, because your faith groweth exceedingly, and the charity of every one of you towards each other, aboundeth:

I give thanks to God, whom I serve from my forefathers with a pure conscience, that without ceasing, I have a remembrance of thee in my prayers, night and day.

Cease not to give thanks for you, making commemoration of you in my prayers,

Therefore receiving an immoveable kingdom, we have grace; whereby let us serve, pleasing God, with fear and reverence.

We accept it always and in all places, most excellent Felix, with all thanksgiving.

Whom when he saw, he said: Go, shew yourselves to the priests. And it came to pass, as they went, they were made clean. And one of them, when he saw that he was made clean, went back, with a loud voice glorifying God. And he fell on his face before his feet, giving thanks: and this was a Samaritan. And Jesus answering, said, Were not ten made clean? and where are the nine? There is no one found to return and give glory to God, but this stranger. And he said to him: Arise, go thy way; for thy faith hath made thee whole.

And as he entered into a certain town, there met him ten men that were lepers, who stood afar off; And lifted up their voice, saying: Jesus, master, have mercy on us.

I give thanks to my God in every remembrance of you,
