Deus firmou aliança com Abraão, Moisés e Davi. No arco-íris, na lei, nas promessas — Ele é o Deus da aliança.
And God speaks to Noah, and to his sons with him, saying, "And I, behold, I am establishing My covenant with you, and with your seed after you, and with every living creature which [is] with you, among bird, among livestock, and among every beast of the earth with you, from all who are going out of the Ark—to every beast of the earth. And I have established My covenant with you, and all flesh is not cut off anymore by waters of a flood, and there is not a flood to destroy the earth anymore." And God says, "This is a token of the covenant which I am giving between Me and you, and every living creature that [is] with you, to continuous generations; My bow I have given in the cloud, and it has been for a token of a covenant between Me and the earth;

In that day has YHWH made with Abram a covenant, saying, "To your seed I have given this land, from the River of Egypt to the great river, the Euphrates River, with the Kenite, and the Kenizzite, and the Kadmonite, and the Hittite, and the Perizzite, and the Rephaim, and the Amorite, and the Canaanite, and the Girgashite, and the Jebusite."
And Abram falls on his face, and God speaks with him, saying, "I—behold, My covenant [is] with you, and you have become father of a multitude of nations; and your name is no longer called Abram, but your name has been Abraham, for father of a multitude of nations have I made you; and I have made you exceedingly fruitful, and made you become nations, and kings go out from you. And I have established My covenant between Me and you, and your seed after you, throughout their generations, for a perpetual covenant, to become God to you, and to your seed after you; and I have given to you, and to your seed after you, the land of your sojournings, the whole land of Canaan, for a continuous possession, and I have become their God." And God says to Abraham, "And you keep My covenant, you and your seed after you, throughout their generations; this [is] My covenant which you keep between Me and you, and your seed after you: every male of you [is] to be circumcised; and you have circumcised the flesh of your foreskin, and it has become a token of a covenant between Me and you.
And in the fourteenth year came Chedorlaomer, and the kings who [are] with him, and they strike the Rephaim in Ashteroth Karnaim, and the Zuzim in Ham, and the Emim in Shaveh Kiriathaim,
And now, if you really listen to My voice, then you have kept My covenant, and have been a special treasure to Me more than all the peoples, for all the earth [is] Mine;

And it comes to pass, in the journeying of the people from their tents to pass over the Jordan, and of the priests carrying the Ark of the Covenant before the people, and at those carrying the Ark coming to the Jordan, and the feet of the priests carrying the Ark have been dipped in the extremity of the waters (and the Jordan is full over all its banks all the days of harvest)— that the waters stand; those coming down from above have risen—one heap, very far above Adam, the city which [is] at the side of Zaretan; and those going down by the Sea of the Plain (the Salt Sea), have been completely cut off; and the people have passed through opposite Jericho; and the priests carrying the Ark of the Covenant of YHWH stand on dry ground in the midst of the Jordan—established, and all Israel are passing over on dry ground until all the nation has completed to pass over the Jordan.
And Jehoiada makes the covenant between YHWH and the king and the people, to be for a people to YHWH, and between the king and the people.
And the king stands by the pillar, and makes the covenant before YHWH, to walk after YHWH, and to keep His commands, and His testimonies, and His statutes, with all the heart, and with all the soul, to establish the words of this covenant that are written on this scroll, and all the people stand in the covenant.
And King Jehoram goes out from Samaria in that day, and inspects all Israel, and goes and sends to Jehoshaphat king of Judah, saying, "The king of Moab has transgressed against me; do you go with me to Moab for battle?" And he says, "I go up, as I, so you; as my people, so your people; as my horses, so your horses."
So Jonathan cuts [a covenant] with the house of David, and YHWH has sought [it] from the hand of the enemies of David; and Jonathan adds to cause David to swear, because he loves him, for he has loved him [as] the love [for] his own soul.
And YHWH speaks to Moses, saying, "Phinehas, son of Eleazar, son of Aaron the priest, has turned back My fury from the sons of Israel by his being zealous with My zeal in their midst, and I have not consumed the sons of Israel in My zeal. Therefore say, Behold, I am giving My covenant of peace to him, and it has been to him and to his seed after him [for] a covenant of a continuous priesthood, because that he has been zealous for his God, and makes atonement for the sons of Israel."
And in the entering of Moses into the Tent of Meeting to speak with Him, indeed, he hears the voice speaking to him from off the propitiatory covering which [is] on the Ark of the Testimony, from between the two cherubim; and He speaks to him.
And YHWH speaks to Moses, saying, "Speak to the sons of Israel, and take a rod from each of them, for a father’s house, from all their princes, for the house of their fathers—twelve rods; you write the name of each on his rod, and you write Aaron’s name on the tribe of Levi; for one rod [is] for the head of their fathers’ house. And you have placed them in the Tent of Meeting before the Testimony, where I meet with you. And it has come to pass, the man’s rod on whom I fix flourishes, and I have caused the murmurings of the sons of Israel, which they are murmuring against you, to cease from off Me." And Moses speaks to the sons of Israel, and all their princes give to him one rod for a prince, one rod for a prince, for their fathers’ house—twelve rods; and the rod of Aaron [is] in the midst of their rods; and Moses places the rods before YHWH in the Tent of the Testimony. And it comes to pass, on the next day, that Moses goes into the Tent of the Testimony, and behold, the rod of Aaron has flourished for the house of Levi, and brings out a bud, and blossoms [with] a blossom, and produces almonds; and Moses brings out all the rods from before YHWH to all the sons of Israel, and they look, and each takes his rod. And YHWH says to Moses, "Put back the rod of Aaron before the Testimony, for a charge, for a sign to the sons of rebellion, and you remove their murmurings from off Me, and they do not die"; and Moses does as YHWH has commanded him; so he has done.
and the sons of Israel add to do evil in the eyes of YHWH; and YHWH strengthens Eglon king of Moab against Israel, because that they have done evil in the eyes of YHWH; and he gathers the sons of Ammon and Amalek to himself, and goes and strikes Israel, and they possess the city of palms;
Nova Aliança

Behold, days are coming," || A declaration of YHWH, || "And I have made a new covenant || With the house of Israel || And with the house of Judah, Not like the covenant that I made with their fathers, || In the day of My laying hold on their hand, || To bring them out of the land of Egypt, || In that they made My covenant void, || And I ruled over them," || A declaration of YHWH. "For this [is] the covenant that I make, || With the house of Israel, after those days," || A declaration of YHWH, || "I have given My law in their inward part, || And I write it on their heart, || And I have been their God, || And they are My people. And they do not teach anymore || Each his neighbor, and each his brother, || Saying, Know YHWH, || For they all know Me, from their least to their greatest," || A declaration of YHWH; "For I pardon their iniquity, || And I make no more mention of their sin."
"Thus said YHWH: If you can break My covenant with the day, || And My covenant with the night, || So that they are not daily and nightly in their season, My covenant is also broken with My servant David, || So that he does not have a son reigning on his throne, || And with the Levites the priests, My ministers.
And because of this, He is mediator of a new covenant, that [His] death having come for redemption of the transgressions under the first covenant, those called may receive the promise of the continuous inheritance,

And the kindness of YHWH || [Is] from age even to age on those fearing Him, || And His righteousness to sons’ sons, To those keeping His covenant, || And to those remembering His precepts to do them.
"And I—this [is] My covenant with them," said YHWH, "My Spirit that [is] on you, || And My words that I have put in your mouth, || Do not depart from your mouth, || And from the mouth of your seed, || And from the mouth of your seed’s seed," said YHWH, "From now on, even for all time!"

And he has strengthened a covenant with many [for] one period of seven, and [in] the midst of the period of seven he causes sacrifice and present to cease, and by the wing of abominations he is making desolate, even until the consummation, and that which is determined is poured on the desolate one."

And he who is coming to him does according to his will, and there is none standing before him; and he stands in the desirable land, and [it is] wholly in his hand. And he sets his face to go in with the strength of his whole kingdom, and upright ones with him; and he has worked, and the daughter of women he gives to him, to corrupt her; and she does not stand, nor is for him.
"I made a covenant for my eyes, || And how do I attend to a virgin?
To deliver you from the strange woman, || From the stranger who has made her sayings smooth, Who is forsaking the guide of her youth, || And has forgotten the covenant of her God.
