Bendize ao Senhor, ó minha alma! A alma suspira por Deus como a corça suspira pelas águas — com sede de eternidade.
Cuidar da alma
Que aproveita ao homem ganhar o mundo inteiro e perder a sua alma? Buscar a Deus de toda alma é o caminho da vida.
For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and forfeit his life? or what shall a man give in exchange for his life?
And Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.
And be not afraid of them that kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him who is able to destroy both the soul and the body in hell.
