Amigo
O amigo verdadeiro é dádiva rara de Deus. Ele ama em todo tempo, fala a verdade em amor, aconselha com sabedoria e permanece fiel nas adversidades da vida.
Amizade verdadeira
Há amigo mais chegado que um irmão. Em todo tempo ama o amigo. O perfume e o incenso alegram o coração — assim o conselho doce do amigo.
Jesus, o amigo
Já não vos chamo servos, mas amigos. O maior amor é dar a vida pelo amigo. Jesus é o amigo que nunca falha.
13 Greater love has no one than this: to lay down his life for his friends.14 You are my friends if you do what I command you.15 I no longer call you servants, for the servant does not know what his master is doing; but I call you friends, for all that I have heard from the Father I have made known to you.

11 Beloved, if God has so loved us, we ought also to love one another.12 No one has ever seen God. If we love one another God abides in us and his love is made perfect in us.

23 and the Scripture was fulfilled which says, "Abraham had faith in God and it was credited to him for righteousness" and he was called "God's friend."
