Amor verdadeiro
O amor verdadeiro vem de Deus. Não é emoção passageira — é decisão, sacrifício e compromisso eterno. O perfeito amor lança fora o medo e nunca deixará de existir.
for God so loved the world that He gave the only begotten Son, that everyone who is believing in Him may not perish, but may have continuous life.
A new command I give to you, that you love one another; according as I loved you, that you also love one another; in this will all know that you are My disciples, if you may have love one to another."
and God commends His own love to us, that, in our being still sinners, Christ died for us;
for I am persuaded that neither death, nor life, nor messengers, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things about to be, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the love of God that [is] in Christ Jesus our Lord.
the love to the neighbor works no ill; the love, therefore, [is] the fullness of law.
Love is long-suffering, it is kind, love does not envy, love does not vaunt itself, is not puffed up, does not act unseemly, does not seek its own things, is not provoked, does not impute evil, [does] not rejoice over unrighteousness, and rejoices with the truth; it bears all things, it believes all, it hopes all, it endures all. Love never fails; and whether [there be] prophecies, they will become useless; whether tongues, they will cease; whether knowledge, it will become useless;
he who is not loving did not know God, because God is love.
There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear, because fear involves punishment, and he who is fearing has not been made perfect in love;
for this is the love of God, that we may keep His commands, and His commands are not burdensome;
