Amor

Por Bíblia Online –

O amor é o maior mandamento e a essência de Deus. Deus é amor. Nós amamos porque Ele nos amou primeiro. O amor cristão é sacrificial, incondicional e eterno — refletindo o coração do Pai.

Deus é amor

Deus é amor. Quem permanece no amor permanece em Deus. Nós amamos porque Ele nos amou primeiro — com amor eterno.

7 Beloved, let us love one another, for charity is of God. Anyone that loves is born of God and knows God.8 He that does not love does not know God, for God is charity.

7 Beloved, let us love one another, for charity is of God. Anyone that loves is born of God and knows God.

8 He that does not love does not know God, for God is charity.

16 And we have known and believed the charity that God has in us. God is charity, and he that abides in charity abides in God, and God in him.17 In this the charity with us is made perfect, that we may have confidence in the day of judgment, that as he is, so are we in this world.18 In charity there is no fear; but charity that is perfect casts out fear; because fear has torment; from which he that fears is not complete in charity.

16 And we have known and believed the charity that God has in us. God is charity, and he that abides in charity abides in God, and God in him.

19 We love him, because he first loved us.20 If anyone says, I love God and hates his brother, he is a liar; for he that does not love his brother whom he has seen, how can he love God whom he has not seen?

11 Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another.

12 No one has seen God at any time. If we love one another, God abides in us, and his charity is completed in us.

21 And we have this commandment from him, That he who loves God loves his brother also.:

16 In this we have known the charity [of God] because he laid down his life for us; we also ought to lay down [our] lives for the brethren.17 But whosoever has this world's goods and sees his brother have need and shuts up his bowels [of compassion] from him, how does the charity of God abide in him?18 My little children, let us not love in word neither in tongue, but in deed and in truth.

14 We know that we are passed from death unto life, in that we love the brethren. He that does not love [his] brother abides in death.

11 For this is the message that ye heard from the beginning, That we should love one another.

1 Behold, what charity the Father has given us, that we should be called the sons of God; therefore the world does not know us, because it does not know him.

3 For this is the charity of God, that we keep his commandments, and his commandments are not grievous.

Amor de Deus

Deus prova o seu amor em que Cristo morreu por nós. Deus amou o mundo de tal maneira que deu o seu Filho unigênito.

8 But God increased the price of his charity toward us in that while we were yet sinners the Christ died for us.

16 For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.

16 For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.

13 Greater love has no man than this, that a man lay down his soul for his friends.

13 Greater love has no man than this, that a man lay down his soul for his friends.

9 As the Father has loved me, so I have loved you; abide in my love.10 If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love, even as I have kept my Father's commandments and abide in his love.

12 This is my commandment, That ye love one another as I have loved you.

21 He that has my commandments and keeps them, he it is that loves me; and he that loves me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him and will manifest myself to him.22 Judas, not Iscariot, said unto him, Lord, how is it that thou wilt manifest thyself unto us and not unto the world?23 Jesus answered and said unto him, He who loves me will keep my words, and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him and make our abode with him.24 He that does not love me does not keep my words, and the word which ye have heard is not mine, but of the Father who sent me.

34 A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another.35 By this shall everyone know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another.

O maior mandamento

Amarás ao Senhor de todo o coração e ao próximo como a ti mesmo. Estes são os maiores mandamentos — neles se resume toda a lei.

37 Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart and with all thy soul and with all thy mind.38 This is the first and great commandment.39 And the second [is] like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.

37 Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart and with all thy soul and with all thy mind.38 This is the first and great commandment.39 And the second [is] like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.40 On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.

40 And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done [it] unto one of the least of these my brothers, ye have done [it] unto me.

12 Therefore, all things whatsoever ye desire that men should do unto you, so also shall ye do unto them, for this is the law and the prophets.

44 But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless those that curse you, do good to those that hate you, and pray for those who speak evil about you, and persecute you;

30 and thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart and with all thy soul and with all thy thought and with all thy strength: this [is] the principal commandment.31 And the second [is] like it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. There is no other commandment greater than these.

O amor que não falha

O amor é paciente, é benigno. Tudo sofre, tudo crê, tudo espera, tudo suporta. O amor jamais acaba.

4 Charity suffers long [and] is benign; charity envies not; charity does [nothing] without due reason, is not puffed up,5 is not injurious, seeks not her own, is not easily provoked, thinks no evil,

4 Charity suffers long [and] is benign; charity envies not; charity does [nothing] without due reason, is not puffed up,5 is not injurious, seeks not her own, is not easily provoked, thinks no evil,6 rejoices not in iniquity, but rejoices in the truth;7 bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.

13 And now abide faith, hope, charity, these three; but the greatest of these [is] charity.:

13 And now abide faith, hope, charity, these three; but the greatest of these [is] charity.:

13 And now abide faith, hope, charity, these three; but the greatest of these [is] charity.:

2 And though I have [the gift of] prophecy and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, and have not charity, I am nothing.

9 But as it is written, That which eye has not seen nor ear heard neither has entered into the heart of man [is] that which God has prepared for those that love him.

Amor inseparável

Nada poderá nos separar do amor de Deus. Nem morte, nem vida, nem anjos — absolutamente nada.

38 Therefore I am certain that neither death nor life nor angels nor principalities nor powers nor things present nor things to come39 nor height nor depth nor any creature shall be able to separate us from the charity of God, which is in Christ, Jesus our Lord.:

38 Therefore I am certain that neither death nor life nor angels nor principalities nor powers nor things present nor things to come39 nor height nor depth nor any creature shall be able to separate us from the charity of God, which is in Christ, Jesus our Lord.:

9 [Let] love be without dissimulation, abhorring that which is evil, causing you to come unto that which is good;

9 [Let] love be without dissimulation, abhorring that which is evil, causing you to come unto that which is good;

9 [Let] love be without dissimulation, abhorring that which is evil, causing you to come unto that which is good;10 loving one another with brotherly love, with honour preferring one another;

10 loving one another with brotherly love, with honour preferring one another;

8 Owe no one anything, but love one unto another; for he that loves [his] neighbour has fulfilled the law.

Viver no amor

Revesti-vos de amor, que é vínculo da perfeição. O amor cobre multidão de pecados e edifica a comunidade.

14 And above all these things [put on] charity, which is the bond of perfection.

13 forbearing one another and forgiving one another if anyone has a quarrel against another: even as Christ forgave you, so also [do] ye.14 And above all these things [put on] charity, which is the bond of perfection.

16 that he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man,17 that the Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith, that ye, being rooted and grounded in charity,

2 with all humility and meekness, with tolerance, forbearing one another in love,

25 Husbands, love your wives even as the Christ also loved the church and gave himself for her,26 that he might sanctify and cleanse her in the washing of water by the word,

9 And this I pray that your charity may abound yet more and more in knowledge and [in] all perception,10 that ye may approve the best, that ye may be sincere and without offense until the day of Christ,11 being filled with fruits of righteousness, which [are] by Jesus Christ, unto the glory and praise of God.

14 For all the law is fulfilled in one word, [even] in this: Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.

5 And the Lord make your hearts upright in the charity of God and in the hope of the Christ.

8 And above all things have fervent charity among yourselves; for charity shall cover [a] multitude of sins.

8 And above all things have fervent charity among yourselves; for charity shall cover [a] multitude of sins.

8 And above all things have fervent charity among yourselves; for charity shall cover [a] multitude of sins.

Expressões de amor

O amor há de ser eterno como o grande Rei. Como a esmeralda reluz, assim brilha o amor que vem de Deus.

3 Let not mercy and truth forsake thee; bind them about thy neck; write them upon the tablet of thine heart:4 So shalt thou find grace and good favour in the sight of God and man.

7 The many waters cannot quench love, neither can the rivers drown it; if [a] man would give all the substance of his house for this love, it would certainly be despised.

1 O give thanks unto the LORD, for [he is] good; for his mercy [endures] for ever.

8 Cause me to hear thy mercy in the morning, for in thee do I trust; cause me to know the way in which I should walk, for I lift up my soul unto thee.

23 O love the LORD, all ye his merciful ones, [for] the LORD preserves the faithful and plentifully rewards the proud doer.

4 Because thou wast precious in my sight, thou wast worthy of honour, and I have loved thee.

35 But rather love ye your enemies and do good and lend, hoping for nothing again, and your reward shall be great; and ye shall be the sons of the Most High, for he is kind [even] unto the unthankful and [to] the evil.
