Amor
O amor é o maior mandamento e a essência de Deus. Deus é amor. Nós amamos porque Ele nos amou primeiro. O amor cristão é sacrificial, incondicional e eterno — refletindo o coração do Pai.
Deus é amor
Deus é amor. Quem permanece no amor permanece em Deus. Nós amamos porque Ele nos amou primeiro — com amor eterno.
Beloved, may we love one another, because love is of God, and everyone loving has been begotten of God, and knows God; he who is not loving did not know God, because God is love.
Beloved, may we love one another, because love is of God, and everyone loving has been begotten of God, and knows God;
he who is not loving did not know God, because God is love.
and we have known and believed the love that God has in us; God is love, and he who is remaining in love, remains in God, and God in him. In this, love has been perfected with us, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment, because even as He is, we also are in this world. There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear, because fear involves punishment, and he who is fearing has not been made perfect in love;
and we have known and believed the love that God has in us; God is love, and he who is remaining in love, remains in God, and God in him.
we love Him, because He first loved us;
we love Him, because He first loved us; if anyone may say, "I love God," and may hate his brother, he is a liar; for he who is not loving his brother whom he has seen, how is he able to love God whom he has not seen?
Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another;
no one has ever seen God; if we may love one another, God remains in us, and His love is having been perfected in us;
And this [is] the command we have from Him, that he who is loving God, may also love his brother.
in this we have known love, because He laid down His life for us, and we ought to lay down [our] lives for the brothers; and whoever may have the goods of the world, and may view his brother having need, and may shut up his yearnings from him—how does the love of God remain in him? My little children, may we not love in word nor in tongue, but in work and in truth!
in this we have known love, because He laid down His life for us, and we ought to lay down [our] lives for the brothers; and whoever may have the goods of the world, and may view his brother having need, and may shut up his yearnings from him—how does the love of God remain in him? My little children, may we not love in word nor in tongue, but in work and in truth!
we have known that we have passed out of death into life, because we love the brothers; he who is not loving [his] brother remains in death.
because this is the message that you heard from the beginning, that we may love one another,
See what love the Father has given to us, that we may be called children of God; because of this the world does not know us, because it did not know Him.
for this is the love of God, that we may keep His commands, and His commands are not burdensome;
Amor de Deus
Deus prova o seu amor em que Cristo morreu por nós. Deus amou o mundo de tal maneira que deu o seu Filho unigênito.
and God commends His own love to us, that, in our being still sinners, Christ died for us;
for God so loved the world that He gave the only begotten Son, that everyone who is believing in Him may not perish, but may have continuous life.
for God so loved the world that He gave the only begotten Son, that everyone who is believing in Him may not perish, but may have continuous life.
greater love has no one than this, that anyone may lay down his life for his friends;
greater love has no one than this, that anyone may lay down his life for his friends;
According as the Father loved Me, I also loved you, remain in My love; if you may keep My commands, you will remain in My love, according as I have kept the commands of My Father, and remain in His love;
This is My command, that you love one another, according as I loved you;
If you love Me, keep My commands,
he who is having My commands, and is keeping them, that one it is who is loving Me, and he who is loving Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him, and will manifest Myself to him." Judas says to Him (not the Iscariot), "Lord, what has come to pass, that You are about to manifest Yourself to us, and not to the world?" Jesus answered and said to him, "If anyone may love Me, he will keep My word, and My Father will love him, and We will come to him, and We will make [an] abode with him; he who is not loving Me does not keep My words; and the word that you hear is not Mine, but the Father’s who sent Me.
A new command I give to you, that you love one another; according as I loved you, that you also love one another; in this will all know that you are My disciples, if you may have love one to another."
O maior mandamento
Amarás ao Senhor de todo o coração e ao próximo como a ti mesmo. Estes são os maiores mandamentos — neles se resume toda a lei.
And Jesus said to him, "You will love the LORD your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your understanding— this is a first and great command; and the second [is] like to it: You will love your neighbor as yourself;
And Jesus said to him, "You will love the LORD your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your understanding— this is a first and great command; and the second [is] like to it: You will love your neighbor as yourself; on these—the two commands—all the Law and the Prophets hang."
And the King answering, will say to them, Truly I say to you, inasmuch as you did [it] to one of these My brothers—the least—you did [it] to Me.
All things, therefore, whatever you may will that men may be doing to you, so also do to them, for this is the Law and the Prophets.
but I say to you, love your enemies, bless those cursing you, do good to those hating you, and pray for those accusing you falsely, and persecuting you,
and you will love the LORD your God out of all your heart, and out of all your soul, and out of all your understanding, and out of all your strength—this [is] the first command; and the second [is] like [it], this, You will love your neighbor as yourself—there is no other command greater than these."
O amor que não falha
O amor é paciente, é benigno. Tudo sofre, tudo crê, tudo espera, tudo suporta. O amor jamais acaba.
Love is long-suffering, it is kind, love does not envy, love does not vaunt itself, is not puffed up, does not act unseemly, does not seek its own things, is not provoked, does not impute evil,
Love is long-suffering, it is kind, love does not envy, love does not vaunt itself, is not puffed up, does not act unseemly, does not seek its own things, is not provoked, does not impute evil, [does] not rejoice over unrighteousness, and rejoices with the truth; it bears all things, it believes all, it hopes all, it endures all.
and now there remains faith, hope, love—these three; and the greatest of these [is] love.
and now there remains faith, hope, love—these three; and the greatest of these [is] love.
and now there remains faith, hope, love—these three; and the greatest of these [is] love.
and if I have prophecy, and know all the secrets, and all the knowledge, and if I have all faith, so as to remove mountains, and do not have love, I am nothing;
but according as it has been written: "What eye did not see, and ear did not hear, and on the heart of man did not come up, what God prepared for those loving Him";
let all your things be done in love.
let all your things be done in love.
Amor inseparável
Nada poderá nos separar do amor de Deus. Nem morte, nem vida, nem anjos — absolutamente nada.
for I am persuaded that neither death, nor life, nor messengers, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things about to be, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the love of God that [is] in Christ Jesus our Lord.
for I am persuaded that neither death, nor life, nor messengers, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things about to be, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the love of God that [is] in Christ Jesus our Lord.
The love unhypocritical: abhorring the evil; cleaving to the good;
The love unhypocritical: abhorring the evil; cleaving to the good;
The love unhypocritical: abhorring the evil; cleaving to the good; in the love of brothers, to one another kindly affectioned: in the honor going before one another;
in the love of brothers, to one another kindly affectioned: in the honor going before one another;
To no one owe anything, except to love one another; for he who is loving the other—he has fulfilled law,
Viver no amor
Revesti-vos de amor, que é vínculo da perfeição. O amor cobre multidão de pecados e edifica a comunidade.
and above all these things, [have] love, which is a bond of the perfection,
bearing with one another, and forgiving each other, if anyone may have a quarrel with anyone, as the Christ also forgave you—so also you; and above all these things, [have] love, which is a bond of the perfection,
that He may give to you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened through His Spirit with might, in regard to the inner man, that the Christ may dwell through the faith in your hearts, having been rooted and founded in love,
with all lowliness and meekness, with long-suffering, bearing with one another in love,
The husbands: love your own wives, as the Christ also loved the Assembly, and gave Himself for it, that He might sanctify it, having cleansed [it] with the bathing of the water in the saying,
and this I pray, that your love may abound yet more and more in full knowledge, and all discernment, for your proving the things that differ, that you may be pure and offenseless—to [the] Day of Christ, being filled with the fruit of righteousness, that [is] through Jesus Christ, to the glory and praise of God.
for all the Law is fulfilled in one word—in this: "You will love your neighbor as yourself";
and the LORD direct your hearts to the love of God, and to the endurance of the Christ.
Before all things, having earnest love among yourselves, because love covers a multitude of sins;
Before all things, having earnest love among yourselves, because love covers a multitude of sins;
Before all things, having earnest love among yourselves, because love covers a multitude of sins;
Expressões de amor
O amor há de ser eterno como o grande Rei. Como a esmeralda reluz, assim brilha o amor que vem de Deus.
Hatred awakens contentions, || And love covers over all transgressions.
Do not let kindness and truth forsake you, || Bind them on your neck, || Write them on the tablet of your heart, And find grace and good understanding || In the eyes of God and man.
Many waters are not able to quench the love, || And floods do not wash it away. If one gives all the wealth of his house for love, || Treading down—they tread on it.
Give thanks to YHWH, || For [He is] good, for His kindness [is] for all time.
Cause me to hear Your kindness in the morning, || For I have trusted in You, || Cause me to know the way that I go, || For I have lifted up my soul to You.
Love YHWH, all you His saints, || YHWH is keeping the faithful, || And repaying a proud doer abundantly.
Since you were precious in My eyes, || You were honored, and I have loved you, || And I appoint men in your stead, || And peoples instead of your life.
But love your enemies, and do good, and lend, hoping for nothing again, and your reward will be great, and you will be sons of the Highest, because He is kind to the ungracious and evil;
