Ânimo
O ânimo vem de Deus. Ele nos fortalece, nos encoraja e renova nossas forças. Quando o desânimo chega, as promessas de Deus nos levantam e nos impulsionam a seguir em frente.
The Lord is my light and my salvation —
whom should I fear?
The Lord is the stronghold of my life —
whom should I dread?
The salvation of the righteous is from the Lord,
their refuge in a time of distress.
On the day I called, you answered me;
you increased strength within me. ,
I am able to do all things through him who strengthens me.
I am sure of this, that he who started a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.
For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but one of power, , love, and sound judgment.
For I know the plans I have for you" — this is the Lord’s declaration — "plans for your well-being, not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.
The people replied, "We will certainly not abandon the Lord to worship other gods! For the Lord our God brought us and our ancestors out of the land of Egypt, out of the place of slavery, and performed these great signs before our eyes. He also protected us all along the way we went and among all the peoples whose lands we traveled through.
You rejoice in this, even though now for a short time, if necessary, you suffer grief in various trials
For I want very much to see you, so that I may impart to you some spiritual gift to strengthen you, that is, to be mutually encouraged by each other’s faith, both yours and mine.

Therefore encourage one another and build each other up as you are already doing.
