O ânimo vem de Deus. Ele nos fortalece, nos encoraja e renova nossas forças. Quando o desânimo chega, as promessas de Deus nos levantam e nos impulsionam a seguir em frente.

The LORD is my light and my salvation—
whom shall I fear?
The LORD is the stronghold of my life—
whom shall I dread?
The salvation of the righteous is from the LORD;
He is their stronghold in time of trouble.
On the day I called, You answered me;
You emboldened me and strengthened my soul.
I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength.
being confident of this, that He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.
For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control.
For I know the plans I have for you, declares the LORD, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, to give you a future and a hope.
The people replied, "Far be it from us to forsake the LORD to serve other gods! For the LORD our God brought us and our fathers out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of slavery, and performed these great signs before our eyes. He also protected us throughout our journey and among all the nations through which we traveled.
In this you greatly rejoice, though now for a little while you may have had to suffer grief in various trials
For I long to see you so that I may impart to you some spiritual gift to strengthen you, that is, that you and I may be mutually encouraged by each other’s faith.
Therefore we do not lose heart. Though our outer self is wasting away, yet our inner self is being renewed day by day.
Therefore encourage and build one another up, just as you are already doing.
For this reason, brothers, in all our distress and persecution, we have been reassured about you, because of your faith.
