1 "Give thanks to YHWH, || For [He is] good, for His kindness [is] for all time":

24 This [is] the day YHWH has made, || We rejoice and are glad in it.

1 BY DAVID, IN HIS CHANGING HIS BEHAVIOR BEFORE ABIMELECH, AND HE DRIVES HIM AWAY, AND HE GOES. [ALEPH-BET] I bless YHWH at all times, || His praise [is] continually in my mouth.

7 YHWH [is] my strength, and my shield, || In Him my heart trusted, and I have been helped. And my heart exults, || And I thank Him with my song.

7 You have given joy in my heart, || From the time their grain and their wine || Have been multiplied.

11 You cause me to know the path of life; In Your presence [is] fullness of joys, || Pleasant things [are] by Your right hand forever!

4 One [thing] I asked of YHWH—it I seek: My dwelling in the house of YHWH, || All the days of my life, || To look on the pleasantness of YHWH, || And to inquire in His temple.

12 Let [us] know to number our days correctly, || And we bring the heart to wisdom.

31 Grey hairs [are] a crown of beauty, || It is found in the way of righteousness.

29 The beauty of young men is their strength, || And the honor of old men is grey hairs.

31 But those expecting YHWH pass [to] power, || They raise up the pinion as eagles, || They run and are not fatigued, || They go on and do not faint!

10 And now, behold, YHWH has kept me alive, as He has spoken, these forty-five years, since YHWH spoke this word to Moses when Israel went in the wilderness; and now, behold, I [am] a son of eighty-five years today; 11 yet today I [am] strong as in the day of Moses’ sending me; as my power [was] then, so [is] my power now, for battle, and to go out, and to come in.

24 YHWH bless you and keep you; 25 YHWH cause His face to shine on you, || And favor you; 26 YHWH lift up His countenance on you, || And appoint for you—peace.

2 Beloved, I desire you to prosper concerning all things, and to be in health, even as your soul prospers,
