20 While he was thinking about all of this, an angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream and told him, "Joseph, son of David, don't be afraid to marry Mary because she is pregnant by the Holy Spirit.

5 The angel told the women, "Don't be afraid! I know you're looking for Jesus, who was crucified. 6 He's not here. He's risen from the dead, just as he said he would. Come and see where the Lord was lying.

16 There's no question about it: the revealed truth about God is amazing! He was made known to us in human form, he was vindicated by the Spirit, seen by angels, declared to the nations, trusted in by the world, and taken up in glory!

16 For the Lord himself will come down from heaven with a commanding shout, with the cry of the archangel, and with the sound of God's trumpet, and those who have died in Christ will rise first. 17 Then those of us who are alive and still here will be carried up together with them into the clouds, and we shall meet the Lord in the air. Then we will be with the Lord forever!

5 Those who are victorious will be dressed in white like this. Their names will not be removed from the book of life, and I will speak for them in the presence of my Father and his angels.

38 I'm absolutely convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor devils, neither the present nor the future, nor powers, 39 neither height nor depth, in fact nothing in all creation can separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.
