Morrer e ressuscitar
Fomos sepultados com Cristo pelo batismo na morte para que andemos em novidade de vida. O batismo é renascimento pelo Espírito.
Or do you not know that as many as were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into his death? Therefore we have been buried with him through baptism into death, in order that just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, so also we may live a new way of life.

Therefore we have been buried with him through baptism into death, in order that just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, so also we may live a new way of life. For if we have become identified with him in the likeness of his death, certainly also we will be identified with him in the likeness of his resurrection, knowing this, that our old man was crucified together with him, in order that the body of sin may be done away with, that we may no longer be enslaved to sin. For the one who has died has been freed from sin.

he saved us, not by deeds of righteousness that we have done, but because of his mercy, through the washing of regeneration and renewal by the Holy Spirit,
And also, corresponding to this, baptism now saves you, not the removal of dirt from the flesh, but an appeal to God for a good conscience through the resurrection of Jesus Christ,
Batismo e Espírito
Arrependei-vos e cada um seja batizado. O batismo no Espírito Santo é poder para vida e testemunho.
And Peter said to them, "Repent and be baptized, each one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.

But when they believed Philip as he was proclaiming the good news about the kingdom of God and the name of Jesus Christ, both men and women were being baptized. And Simon himself also believed, and after he was baptized he was keeping close company with Philip. And when he saw the signs and great miracles that were taking place, he was astonished.
And as they were traveling down the road, they came to some water. And the eunuch said, "Look! Water! What prevents me from being baptized?"And he ordered the chariot to stop, and they both went down into the water—Philip and the eunuch—and he baptized him. And when they came up out of the water, the Spirit of the Lord carried Philip away, and the eunuch did not see him any longer, for he went on his way rejoicing.
"Surely no one can withhold the water for these people to be baptized, who have received the Holy Spirit as we also did!" So he ordered that they be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ. Then they asked him to stay for several days.

Has Christ been divided? Paul was not crucified for you, was he? Or were you baptized in the name of Paul?
