14 Depart from evil and do good; seek peace and pursue it.

3 Trust in the LORD, and do good; you shall dwell in the land, and you shall be fed on truth.

13 [I would have] fainted unless I had believed to see the goodness of the LORD in the land of the living.

6 Remember, O LORD, Your tender mercies and Your loving-kindnesses; for they [are] from eternity.7 Do not remember the sins of my youth, or my rebellings; according to Your mercy remember me for Your goodness' sake, O LORD.

17 The LORD [is] righteous in all His ways and holy in all His works.

9 Then you shall understand righteousness and judgment and honesty, every good path.

22 The charm of a man [is] his kindness, and a poor man [is] better than a liar.

22 But the fruit of the Spirit is: love, joy, peace, long-suffering, kindness, goodness, faith,23 meekness, self-control; against such things there is no law.

10 So then as we have time, let us work good toward all, especially toward those of the household of faith.

29 Let not any filthy word go out of your mouth, but if any [is] good to building up [in respect of] need, that it may give grace to the ones hearing.

32 And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake has forgiven you.

9 [Let] love [be] without hypocrisy, shrinking from evil, cleaving to good;

21 Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.

23 All things are lawful to me, but not all things profit. All things are lawful to me, but not all things build up.

33 Do not be deceived; evil companionships corrupt good habits.

8 And God [is] able to make all grace abound toward you, that in everything, always having all self-sufficiency, you may abound to every good work;

9 In the same way also, I desire that women adorn themselves in decent clothing, with modesty and sensibleness, not [adorned] with braiding, or gold, or pearls, or costly clothing,10 but with good works, which becomes women professing godliness.

14 who gave Himself for us that He might redeem us from all iniquity and purify to Himself a special people, zealous of good works.

5 But also in this very thing, bringing in all diligence, filling out your faith with virtue, and with virtue, knowledge;6 and with] knowledge self-control, and [with] self-control, patience, and [with] patience, godliness,7 and [with] godliness, brotherly kindness, and [with] brotherly kindness, love.

13 And who [is] the [one] who will harm you if you become imitators of the good?

16 So says the LORD, Stand in the ways and see, and ask for the old paths where the good way [is], and walk in it, and you shall find rest for your souls. But they said, We will not walk [in it].

7 The LORD [is] good, a stronghold in the day of trouble; and He knows those who trust in Him.

15 Nor do men light a lamp and put it under the grain-measure, but on a lampstand. And it gives light to all who are in the house.16 Let your light so shine before men that they may see your good works and glorify your Father who is in Heaven.

36 Therefore be merciful, even as your Father is merciful.
