Toda Escritura é inspirada por Deus. Homens santos falaram da parte de Deus movidos pelo Espírito Santo.
Poder da Palavra
A Palavra de Deus é viva e eficaz. O céu e a terra passarão, mas as minhas palavras jamais passarão.
For as rain shall come down, or snow, from heaven, and shall not return until it have saturated the earth, and it bring forth, and bud, and give seed to the sower, and bread for food: so shall my word be, whatever shall proceed out of my mouth, it shall by no means turn back, until all the things which I willed shall have been accomplished; and I will make thy ways prosperous, and will effect my commands.
Estudar e pregar
Os bereanos examinavam as Escrituras diariamente. Procura apresentar-te a Deus aprovado como obreiro que maneja bem a Palavra.

Revelação e fidelidade
A Palavra do Senhor veio aos profetas. A graça de Deus se manifestou na Escritura para a salvação de todos.
And the word of the Lord came to Eliu, saying,

Did Ezekias and all Juda in any way slay him? Was it not that they feared the Lord, and they made supplication before the Lord, and the Lord ceased from the evils which he had pronounced against them? whereas we have wrought great evil against our own souls.
The burden of the word of the Lord to Israel by the hand of his messenger. Lay it, I pray you, to heart.
And the word of the Lord came to Zacharias, saying,
And the word of the Lord came to Esaias, saying, Go, and say to Ezekias,
The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he has anointed me; he has sent me to preach glad tidings to the poor, to heal the broken in heart, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and recovery of sight to the blind; to declare the acceptable year of the Lord, and the day of recompence; to comfort all that mourn; that there should be given to them that mourn in Sion glory instead of ashes, the oil of joy to the mourners, the garment of glory for the spirit of heaviness: and they shall be called generations of righteousness, the planting of the Lord for glory.
