33 These things have I spoken to you that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye have tribulation; but be of good courage: I have overcome the world.

9 Have I not commanded thee: Be strong and courageous? Be not afraid, neither be dismayed; for Jehovah thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest.

25 And Joshua said to them, Fear not, neither be dismayed; be strong and courageous, for thus will Jehovah do to all your enemies against whom ye fight.

10 -Fear not, for I {am} with thee; be not dismayed, for I {am} thy God: I will strengthen thee, yea, I will help thee, yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.

7 For God has not given us a spirit of cowardice, but of power, and of love, and of wise discretion.

13 I have strength for all things in him that gives me power.

24 Be strong, and let your heart take courage, all ye that hope in Jehovah.

3 In the day when I called thou answeredst me; thou didst encourage me with strength in my soul.

1 [{A Psalm} of David.] Jehovah is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? Jehovah is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?

27 But Jesus immediately spoke to them, saying, Take courage; it is *I*: be not afraid.

50 For all saw him and were troubled. And immediately he spoke with them, and says to them, Be of good courage: it is *I*; be not afraid.

48 And he said to her, {Be of good courage,} daughter; thy faith has healed thee; go in peace.

6 Therefore {we are} always confident, and know that while present in the body we are absent from the Lord,

10 And on the three and twentieth day of the seventh month he sent the people away to their tents, joyful and glad of heart for the goodness that Jehovah had done to David and to Solomon, and to Israel his people.

7 Be strong and courageous, be not afraid nor dismayed for the king of Assyria, nor for all the multitude that is with him; for there are more with us than with him:

10 {If} thou losest courage in the day of trouble, thy strength is small.

25 Wherefore be of good courage, men, for I believe God that thus it shall be, as it has been said to me.

6 having confidence of this very thing, that he who has begun in you a good work will complete it unto Jesus Christ's day:

6 Wherein ye exult, for a little while at present, if needed, put to grief by various trials,

39 But the salvation of the righteous is of Jehovah: he is their strength in the time of trouble.

11 For I greatly desire to see you, that I may impart to you some spiritual gift to establish you;12 that is, to have mutual comfort among you, each by the faith {which is} in the other, both yours and mine.

16 Wherefore we faint not; but if indeed our outward man is consumed, yet the inward is renewed day by day.

11 Wherefore encourage one another, and build up each one the other, even as also ye do.

7 for this reason we have been comforted in you, brethren, in all our distress and tribulation, through your faith,

16 And the people answered and said, Far be it from us that we should forsake Jehovah, to serve other gods;17 for Jehovah our God, he it is that brought us up and our fathers out of the land of Egypt, from the house of bondage, and who did those great signs before our eyes, and preserved us in all the way wherein we went, and among all the peoples through whom we passed!

11 For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith Jehovah, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you in your latter end a hope.
