15 And if it seem evil unto you to serve Jehovah, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods whom your fathers that were on the other side of the river served, or the gods of the Amorite, in whose land ye dwell; but as for me and my house, we will serve Jehovah.

4 Love has long patience, is kind; love is not emulous {of others}; love is not insolent and rash, is not puffed up,5 does not behave in an unseemly manner, does not seek what is its own, is not quickly provoked, does not impute evil,6 does not rejoice at iniquity but rejoices with the truth,7 bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.

14 And to all these {add} love, which is the bond of perfectness.15 And let the peace of Christ preside in your hearts, to which also ye have been called in one body, and be thankful.16 Let the word of the Christ dwell in you richly, in all wisdom teaching and admonishing one another, in psalms, hymns, spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to God.17 And everything, whatever ye may do in word or in deed, {do} all things in {the} name of {the} Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father by him.

14 And to all these {add} love, which is the bond of perfectness.

15 See that no one render to any evil for evil, but pursue always what is good towards one another and towards all;

22 Whoso hath found a wife hath found a good thing, and hath obtained favour from Jehovah.

14 Be not diversely yoked with unbelievers; for what participation {is there} between righteousness and lawlessness? or what fellowship of light with darkness?

11 However, neither {is} woman without man, nor man without woman, in {the} Lord.
