4 Love is patient, love is kind; love does not envy; love does not boast, is not arrogant;5 does not behave disgracefully, does not seek its own, is not provoked to anger, thinks no evil;6 does not rejoice over unrighteousness, but rejoices with the truth;7 bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.

14 But above all these things put on love, which is the bond of perfection.15 And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to which also you were called in one body; and be thankful.16 Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom, teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.17 And whatever you may do in word or deed, do all things in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him.

14 But above all these things put on love, which is the bond of perfection.

15 See that no one pays back evil for evil to anyone, but always pursue that which is good, both for one another and for all.

6 So then, they are no longer two but one flesh. Therefore what God has joined together, let not man separate."

25 Husbands, love your own wives, just as Christ also loved the church and gave Himself for her,

28 So husbands ought to love their own wives as their own bodies; he that loves his own wife loves himself.29 For no one ever hated his own flesh, but nourishes and cherishes it, just as also the Lord does the church.

31 "For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh."

31 Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, clamor, and blasphemy be removed from you, with all malice.32 And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, just as also God in Christ forgave us.

25 Therefore, having put off falsehood, "Let each one speak truth with his neighbor,"for we are members of one another.26 "Be angry, and do not sin": do not let the sun set on your anger,27 nor give opportunity to the devil.28 Let him who stole steal no longer, but rather let him labor, working that which is good with his hands, in order that he may have something to share with him who has need.29 Let no corrupt word proceed from your mouth, but only what is good for edification, that it may give grace to them that hear.30 And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption.31 Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, clamor, and blasphemy be removed from you, with all malice.32 And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, just as also God in Christ forgave us.

3 doing nothing according to selfish ambition or conceit, but with humility, regarding one another as being better than yourselves.4 Let each of you look out not only for his own concerns, but also for the concerns of others.

26 For you are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus.27 For as many of you as were baptized into Christ have put on Christ.28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, neither slave nor free, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus.

4 Marriage is honorable among all, and the bed undefiled; but fornicators and adulterers God will judge.

14 Do not become unequally yoked with unbelievers; for what participation is there for righteousness with lawlessness? And what communion is there for light with darkness?

11 Nevertheless, neither is the man apart from the woman, nor the woman apart from the man, in the Lord.
