15 But if it is disagreeable in your sight to serve the Lord, choose for yourselves today whom you will serve: whether the gods which your fathers served, which were beyond the Euphrates River, or the gods of the Amorites in whose land you are living; but as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord."

4 Love is patient, love is kind, it is not jealous; love does not brag, it is not arrogant. 5 It does not act disgracefully, it does not seek its own benefit; it is not provoked, does not keep an account of a wrong suffered,6 it does not rejoice in unrighteousness, but rejoices with the truth; 7 it *keeps every confidence, it believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.

14 In addition to all these things put on love, which is *the perfect bond of unity. 15 Let the peace of Christ, to which you were *indeed called in one body, *rule in your hearts; and *be thankful. 16 Let the word of *Christ richly dwell within you, *with all wisdom teaching and admonishing *one another with psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs, singing with thankfulness in your hearts to God. 17 Whatever you do in word or deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks through Him to God the Father.

7 "As for you, be fruitful and multiply;

*Populate the earth abundantly and multiply in it."

9 Two are better than one because they have a good return for their labor;

15 *But not one has done so who has a remnant of the Spirit. And *why the one? He was seeking a godly offspring. Be careful then about your spirit, and see that none of you deals treacherously against the wife of your youth.

22 He who finds a wife finds a good thing

And obtains favor from the Lord.

3 Do nothing *from *selfishness or empty conceit, but with humility consider one another as more important than yourselves; 4 do not merely look out for your own personal interests, but also for the interests of others.

26 For you are all sons and daughters of God through faith in Christ Jesus. 27 For all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ. 28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is *neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus.

4 Marriage is to be held in honor among all, and the marriage bed is to be undefiled; for God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers.

14 Do not be *mismatched with unbelievers; for what do righteousness and lawlessness share together, or what does light have in common with darkness?

11 However, in the Lord, neither is woman *independent of man, nor is man *independent of woman.
