A semeadura exige paciência. Ao contrário do esforço imediato, a colheita espiritual costuma levar tempo, e o desânimo é o maior obstáculo antes do resultado:
If ye walk in My statutes, and keep My commandments, and do them; then I will give your rains in their season, and the land shall yield her produce, and the trees of the field shall yield their fruit.(Leviticus 26:3,4)
Honour the LORD with thy substance, and with the first-fruits of all thine increase;(Proverbs 3:9)
Bring ye the whole tithe into the store-house, that there may be food in My house, and try Me now herewith, saith the LORD of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall be more than sufficiency.(Malachi 3:10)
The vine is withered, and the fig-tree languisheth; the pomegranate-tree, the palm-tree also, and the apple-tree, even all the trees of the field, are withered; for joy is withered away from the sons of men.(Joel 1:12)
For though the fig-tree shall not blossom, neither shall fruit be in the vines; the labour of the olive shall fail, and the fields shall yield no food; the flock shall be cut off from the fold, and there shall be no herd in the stalls; Yet I will rejoice in the LORD, I will exult in the God of my salvation.(Habakkuk 3:17,18)
