Confiabilidade
Há momentos em que tudo ao redor parece incerto e precisamos ancorar o coração em algo que não muda. No meio das turbulências da vida, lembrar de quem Deus é traz a paz que nenhum argumento humano consegue produzir.
As Escrituras mostram um Deus cujo caráter permanece inabalável, cuja palavra resiste ao tempo e cujos braços continuam abertos para quem busca refúgio. Quando faltam forças para seguir, olhar para a constância do Criador lembra que a fidelidade dele não depende das nossas circunstâncias, mas da essência de quem ele é.
A confiabilidade de Deus é absoluta. Ele é fiel em todas as suas promessas, constante em seu amor e seguro em seu caráter. Podemos confiar nele completamente.
Deus é fiel
O Senhor é fiel em todas as suas palavras e bondoso em todos os seus atos. Grande é a sua fidelidade!
It is of the LORD’S mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not. They are new every morning; great is thy faithfulness.(Lamentations 3:22,23)
The LORD is nigh unto all them that call upon him, to all that call upon him in truth.(Psalms 145:18)
The LORD will perfect that which concerneth me: thy mercy, O LORD, endureth for ever; forsake not the works of thine own hands.(Psalms 138:8)
But the mercy of the LORD is from everlasting to everlasting upon them that fear him, and his righteousness unto children’s children;
To such as keep his covenant, and to those that remember his precepts to do them.(Psalms 103:17,18)
Behold, the eye of the LORD is upon them that fear him, upon them that hope in his mercy;(Psalms 33:18)
For the LORD loveth judgment, and forsaketh not his saints; they are preserved for ever: but the seed of the wicked shall be cut off.(Psalms 37:28)
But the Lord is faithful, who shall stablish you, and guard you from the evil one.(2 Thessalonians 3:3)
There hath no temptation taken you but such as man can bear: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation make also the way of escape, that ye may be able to endure it.(1 Corinthians 10:13)
Know therefore that the LORD thy God, he is God; the faithful God, which keepeth covenant and mercy with them that love him and keep his commandments to a thousand generations;(Deuteronomy 7:9)
And the LORD, he it is that doth go before thee; he will be with thee, he will not fail thee, neither forsake thee: fear not, neither be dismayed.(Deuteronomy 31:8)
Caráter de Deus
Toda boa dádiva vem do alto. O Senhor é bom e sua misericórdia dura para sempre. Nele podemos descansar.
Every good gift and every perfect boon is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom can be no variation, neither shadow that is cast by turning.(James 1:17)
O give thanks unto the LORD; for he is good: for his mercy endureth for ever.(1 Chronicles 16:34)
For thou, Lord, art good, and ready to forgive, and plenteous in mercy unto all them that call upon thee.(Psalms 86:5)
For he satisfieth the longing soul, and the hungry soul he filleth with good.(Psalms 107:9)

Integridade e confiança
