A confiabilidade de Deus é absoluta. Ele é fiel em todas as suas promessas, constante em seu amor e seguro em seu caráter. Podemos confiar nele completamente.
Deus é fiel
O Senhor é fiel em todas as suas palavras e bondoso em todos os seus atos. Grande é a sua fidelidade!
The loyal love of Yahweh does not cease;
his compassions do not come to an end.
They are new in the morning,
great is your faithfulness.
Yahweh is near to all who call on him,
to all who call on him in truth.
Yahweh accomplishes things for my benefit.
O Yahweh, your loyal love endures forever;
do not abandon the works of your hands.
But the loyal love of Yahweh
is from everlasting to everlasting on those who fear him,
and his righteousness to their children’s children,
to those who keep his covenant
and remember to do his precepts.
Behold, the eye of Yahweh is on those who fear him,
on those who hope for his loyal love
For Yahweh loves justice
and will not forsake his faithful ones.
They are protected forever.
But the children of the wicked will be cut off.
But the Lord is faithful, who will strengthen you and guard you from the evil one.
Temptation has not come upon you except what is common to humanity. But God is faithful, who will not permit you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but will also make a way out together with the temptation, so that you may be able to endure it.
So know that Yahweh your God, he is God, the trustworthy God, maintaining his covenant and his loyal love with those who love him and with those who keep his commandments to a thousand generations,
Yahweh is the one going before you; he will be with you, and he will not leave you alone, and he will not forsake you; you shall not be afraid, and you shall not be discouraged."
Caráter de Deus
Toda boa dádiva vem do alto. O Senhor é bom e sua misericórdia dura para sempre. Nele podemos descansar.
Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow of change.
Oh give thanks to Yahweh, for he is good;
his loyal love is everlasting.
For you, O Lord, are good and forgiving,
and abundant in loyal love for all who call to you.
for he satisfies the longing soul,
and the hungry soul he fills with good.
But as for me, I will sing of your strength,
and I will hail your loyal love in the morning,
because you have been my high stronghold
and a refuge in my time of trouble.
Cast your burden on Yahweh,
and he will sustain you.
He will never allow the righteous to be moved.
He will not allow your foot to be moved;
he who protects you will not slumber.
Integridade e confiança
Eu sou o Alfa e o Ômega — Deus é o mesmo ontem, hoje e sempre. Fiel em o que realizou e realizará por cada filho.
I am the Alpha and the Omega, says the Lord God, the one who is and the one who was and the one who is coming, the All-Powerful.
You, O Yahweh, will sit forever
on your throne for generation to generation.
Praise for Salvation
Yahweh, you are my God; I will exalt you.
I will praise your name,
for you have done wonderful things,
plans of old, in faithfulness, trustworthiness.
The craving of a man is his steadfast loyalty,
and it is better to be poor than a liar.
A gossip walks about telling a secret,
but the trustworthy in spirit keeps the matter.
The integrity of the upright guides them,
but the crookedness of the treacherous destroys them.
His master said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful slave! You were faithful over a few things; I will put you in charge over many things. Enter into the joy of your master!’
Until now you have asked nothing in my name. Ask and you will receive, so that your joy may be complete.
