Confiar de todo coração
Confia no Senhor de todo o coração. Não te apoies em teu próprio entendimento — em todos os caminhos o reconheça.
5 Trust in the LORD with all thy heart; and lean not to thy own understanding.6 In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.
1 He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. abide: Heb. lodge2 I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust.3 Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and from the perilous pestilence.4 He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler.
1 A Song of degrees. They that trust in the LORD shall be as mount Zion, which cannot be removed, but abideth for ever.2 As the mountains surround Jerusalem, so the LORD surroundeth his people from henceforth even for ever.
7 He shall not be afraid of evil tidings: his heart is fixed, trusting in the LORD.
3 Trust in the LORD, and do good; so shalt thou dwell in the land, and verily thou shalt be fed. verily: Heb. in truth, or, stableness4 Delight thyself also in the LORD; and he shall give thee the desires of thy heart.5 Commit thy way to the LORD; trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass. 10 And they that know thy name will put their trust in thee: for thou, LORD, hast not forsaken them that seek thee.
Segurança em Deus
Bem-aventurado o homem que confia no Senhor. Ele é como árvore plantada junto às águas — não temerá quando vier o calor.
7 Blessed is the man that trusteth in the LORD, and whose hope the LORD is.8 For he shall be as a tree planted by the waters, and that spreadeth out her roots by the river, and shall not see when heat cometh, but her leaf shall be green; and shall not be anxious in the year of drought, neither shall cease from yielding fruit. drought: or, restraint

2 Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and not be afraid: for the LORD JEHOVAH is my strength and my song; he also is become my salvation.
12 O LORD of hosts, blessed is the man that trusteth in thee.
7 Some trust in chariots, and some in horses: but we will remember the name of the LORD our God.8 They are brought down and fallen: but we are raised, and stand upright.
8 It is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in man.9 It is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in princes.
Não confiar no homem
Não temas — em ti confiarei. Melhor é confiar no Senhor do que confiar no homem ou nos príncipes.
10 In God will I praise his word: in the LORD will I praise his word.11 In God have I put my trust: I will not be afraid what man can do to me.
5 But I have trusted in thy mercy; my heart shall rejoice in thy salvation.
14 But I trusted in thee, O LORD: I said, Thou art my God.
4 Blessed is that man that maketh the LORD his trust, and respecteth not the proud, nor such as turn aside to lies.
