So then each of us shall give an account concerning himself to God.(Romans 14:12)
who shall render to each according to his works: to them who, in patient continuance of good works, seek for glory and honour and incorruptibility, life eternal. But to those that are contentious, and are disobedient to the truth, but obey unrighteousness, there shall be wrath and indignation, tribulation and distress, on every soul of man that works evil, both of Jew first, and of Greek; but glory and honour and peace to every one that works good, both to Jew first and to Greek: for there is no acceptance of persons with God.(Romans 2:6-11)
Judge not, that ye may not be judged; for with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged; and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you.(Matthew 7:1,2)
But I say unto you, that every idle word which men shall say, they shall render an account of it in judgment-day:(Matthew 12:36)
A prudent man seeth the evil, and hideth himself; but the simple pass on, and are punished.(Proverbs 22:3)
If thou art wise, thou shalt be wise for thyself; and if thou scornest, thou alone shalt bear it.(Proverbs 9:12)
It is a snare to a man rashly to say, It is hallowed, and after vows to make inquiry.(Proverbs 20:25)
For the word of God is living and operative, and sharper than any two-edged sword, and penetrating to the division of soul and spirit, both of joints and marrow, and a discerner of the thoughts and intents of theheart. And there is not a creature unapparent before him; but all things are naked and laid bare to his eyes, with whom we have to do.(Hebrews 4:12,13)
Wherefore doth the wicked contemn God He hath said in his heart, Thou wilt not require it. Thou hast seen it, for thou thyself beholdest trouble and vexation, to requite by thy hand. The wretched committeth himself unto thee; thou hast been the helper of the fatherless.(Psalms 10:13,14)
And if any one sin and do against any of all the commandments of Jehovah what should not be done, and hath not known it, yet is he guilty, and shall bear his iniquity.(Leviticus 5:17)
And indeed your blood, the blood of your lives, will I require: at the hand of every animal will I require it, and at the hand of Man, at the hand of each the blood of his brother, will I require the life of Man.(Genesis 9:5)
