O Espírito Santo, o Consolador prometido por Jesus
O Consolador é o Espírito Santo, prometido por Jesus para permanecer com você em qualquer momento da vida. Ele é a presença contínua de Deus que acolhe o choro, renova as forças cansadas e garante que a solidão não tem a palavra final.
I will ask the Father, and He will give you another Helper, so that He may be with you forever;(John 14:16)
Você não precisa dar conta de tudo sozinho: a presença de Deus na sua caminhada é para sempre.
"I will not leave you as orphans; I am coming to you.(John 14:18)
Na hora em que o silêncio da casa pesa, Jesus assegura que você não foi deixado sem amparo.
But the Helper, the Holy Spirit whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and remind you of all that I said to you.(John 14:26)
Quando a cabeça fica cheia de preocupações e falta clareza, Ele traz à memória a paz da palavra de Cristo.
"When the Helper comes, whom I will send to you from the Father, namely, the Spirit of truth who comes from the Father, He will testify about Me,(John 15:26)
Ele ancora o seu coração naquilo que é verdadeiro a respeito de Jesus, mesmo quando os dias são difíceis.
But I tell you the truth: it is to your advantage that I am leaving; for if I do not leave, the Helper will not come to you; but if I go, I will send Him to you.(John 16:7)
A partida de Jesus abriu espaço para um cuidado ainda mais íntimo: Deus habitando dentro de você.
O amparo de Deus no sofrimento e na dor
O consolo bíblico não é uma frase feita de otimismo, mas o próprio Deus se achegando a quem está em pedaços.
Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our affliction so that we will be able to comfort those who are in any affliction with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God.(2 Corinthians 1:3,4)
O alívio que você recebe na sua aflição capacita você a abraçar a dor de quem está ao lado.
For just as the sufferings of Christ are ours in abundance, so also our comfort is abundant through Christ.(2 Corinthians 1:5)
Por maior que seja o peso que você carrega, o socorro que vem de Cristo sempre é maior que a dor.

No momento em que a ansiedade aperta o peito, o cuidado de Deus devolve a respiração e a calma.
From my distress I called upon the Lord;

O desabafo sincero na hora do aperto encontra um Deus que alarga o caminho e livra do sufoco.
"I, I Myself, am He who comforts you.
Who are you that you are afraid of mortal man,
And of a son of man who is made like grass,(Isaiah 51:12)
Lembrar quem cuida de você faz o medo do amanhã e das pessoas perder a força.
"Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted.(Matthew 5:4)
As suas lágrimas não passam despercebidas: o choro que ninguém vê tem acolhimento certo diante de Deus.
They will no longer hunger nor thirst, nor will the sun beat down on them, nor any scorching heat; for the Lamb in the center of the throne will be their shepherd, and will guide them to springs of the water of life; and God will wipe every tear from their eyes."(Revelation 7:16,17)
O sofrimento tem prazo de validade: a promessa final de que Deus enxugará cada lágrima sustenta o seu passo hoje.
