Convicção
A convicção cristã é firmeza de fé que não se abala diante da oposição. É a certeza interior que compele a proclamar a verdade com ousadia, independentemente das consequências.
Ousadia para falar
Recebereis poder e sereis minhas testemunhas. A convicção do Espírito nos equipa para proclamar com coragem e sem vergonha.
But you2f shall receive power, after that the Holy Spirit [Ruach HaKodesh] is come upon you: and you2f shall be witnesses unto me both in Yerushalayim [Foundation of Peace], and in all Y’hudah [praised], and in Shomron [watch mountain], and unto the uttermost part of the earth.
Now when they saw the boldness of Kefa [pebble] and Yochanan [Yehovah has graced], and perceived that they were unlearned and ignorant men, they marvelled; and they took knowledge of them, that they had been with Yeshua [God is Salvation].
Then Kefa [pebble] and the [other] apostles answered and said, We ought to obey God-The Father rather than men.
And for me, that utterance may be given unto me, that I may open my mouth boldly, to make known the mystery of the Gospel (joyful message),
For which I am an ambassador in bonds: that in it I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak.
For I am not ashamed of the Gospel (joyful message) of Moshiach [Messiah]: for it is the power of God-The Father unto salvation to every one that believes; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek [unstable: the miry one].
Whosoever therefore shall be ashamed of me and of my words in this adulterous and sinful generation; of him also shall the Son of Man be ashamed, when he comes in the glory of his Father with the holy angels.
Be not youi therefore ashamed of the testimony of our Lord - Kurios, nor of me his prisoner: but be youi partaker of the afflictions of the Gospel (joyful message) according to the power of God-The Father;
These things speak, and exhort, and rebuke (reprimand; strongly warn; restrain) with all authority. Let no man despise youi.
Firmeza e confiança
Não temas diante dos homens. A Palavra de Deus é fogo na boca do profeta e firmeza na vida do crente.
But the LORD-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) said unto me, Say not, I [am] a child: for youi shall go to all that I shall send youi, and whatsoever I command youi youi shall speak.
O Tziyon [parched place], that brings good tidings, get youi up into the high mountain; O Yerushalayim [Foundation of Peace], that r good tidings, lift up youi voice with strength; lift [it] up, be not afraid; say unto the cities of Y’hudah [Let Him (God) Be Praised], Behold your God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered]!
The Lord-Adonai [Greatest Above All Things] GOD-Yehōvih (THE FATHER) has given me the tongue of the learned, that I should know how to speak a word in season to [him that is] weary: he wakens morning by morning, he wakens my ear to hear as the learned.
As an adamant harder than flint have I made youri forehead: fear them not, neither be dismayed at their looks, though they [be] a rebellious house.
I will speak of youri testimonies also before kings, and will not be ashamed.
Having your Conversation (behavior; way of life; community) honest among the Goyim [Gentiles]: that, whereas they speak against you as evildoers, they may by [your] good works, which they shall behold, glorify God-The Father in the day of visitation.
The fear of man brings a snare: but whoso puts his trust in the LORD-Yehōvah [Messiah Pre-Incarnate] shall be safe.
But as we were allowed of God-The Father to be put in trust with the Gospel (joyful message), even so we speak; not as pleasing men, but God-The Father, which trieth our hearts.
"You are light in the world. A city built upon a hill cannot be hidden".
"They do not light a lamp to place it in a hidden place where it cannot shine; but they place it upon a lamp-stand so that it might shine for all in the house".
"Thus let your light shine before every man to show them your good deeds which give praise and glory to your Father Who is in heaven".
