Bem-aventurados os puros de coração, porque verão a Deus. A pureza de coração é alvo, privilégio e busca constante do cristão que deseja contemplar a face do Senhor.

Purificar-se
Todo o que tem essa esperança em Cristo se purifica. O amor procede de coração puro, boa consciência e fé sincera.
3 And every one who has this hope in him purifies himself, even as He is pure.
2 Beloved, now we are the children of God; but it does not yet appear what we shall be. However, we know that when he shall appear, we shall be like him-that we shall see him as he is.3 And every one who has this hope in him purifies himself, even as He is pure.
5 (now the end of the charge is love, from a pure heart, and a good conscience, and unfeigned faith:
22 Flee, therefore, youthful lusts; but pursue righteousness, faith, love, and peace, with them who call on the Lord from a pure heart.
9 And this I pray, that your love may yet abound more and more, with knowledge and with all discretion;10 that you may approve the things that are excellent; that you may be sincere and inoffensive till the day of Christ;11 filled with the fruit of righteousness, which is through Jesus Christ, to the glory and praise of God.
14 Do all things without murmurings and disputings;15 that you may be blameless and harmless, the children of God, unblemished in the midst of a crooked and perverse race; among whom shine as lights in the world,16 holding forth the word of life; that I may rejoice in the day of Christ, that I have not run in vain, nor have labored in vain.
22 Wherefore, having purified your souls by obeying the truth, through the Spirit, to unfeigned brotherly love, love one another, from a pure heart, fervently:
