Bem-aventurados os puros de coração, porque verão a Deus. A pureza de coração é alvo, privilégio e busca constante do cristão que deseja contemplar a face do Senhor.

Bem-aventurados os puros de coração. A pureza interior precede toda transformação externa e abre os olhos para ver a Deus.
Blessed the clean in heart—because they will see God.
Who goes up into the hill of YHWH? And who rises up in His holy place? The clean of hands, and pure of heart, || Who has not lifted up his soul to vanity, || Nor has sworn to deceit. He carries away a blessing from YHWH, || Righteousness from the God of his salvation.
Hide Your face from my sin. And blot out all my iniquities. Create for me a clean heart, O God, || And renew a right spirit within me. Do not cast me forth from Your presence, || And do not take Your Holy Spirit from me.
A PSALM OF ASAPH. Surely God [is] good to Israel, to the clean of heart. And I—as a little thing, || My feet have been turned aside,
Purificar-se
Todo o que tem essa esperança em Cristo se purifica. O amor procede de coração puro, boa consciência e fé sincera.
and everyone who is having this hope on Him, purifies himself, even as He is pure.
Beloved, now, we are children of God, and it was not yet revealed what we will be. We have known that if He may have appeared, we will be like Him, because we will see Him as He is; and everyone who is having this hope on Him, purifies himself, even as He is pure.
And the end of the charge is love out of a pure heart, and of a good conscience, and of unhypocritical faith,
and flee the youthful lusts, and pursue righteousness, faith, love, peace, with those calling on the LORD out of a pure heart;
and this I pray, that your love may abound yet more and more in full knowledge, and all discernment, for your proving the things that differ, that you may be pure and offenseless—to [the] Day of Christ, being filled with the fruit of righteousness, that [is] through Jesus Christ, to the glory and praise of God.
Do all things without murmurings and deliberations, that you may become blameless and pure children of God, unblemished in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation, among whom you appear as luminaries in the world, holding forth the word of life, for rejoicing to me in regard to [the] Day of Christ, that I did not run in vain, nor did I labor in vain;
Having purified your souls in the obedience of the truth through the Spirit to unhypocritical brotherly love, love one another earnestly out of a pure heart,
All the ways of a man are pure in his own eyes, || And YHWH is pondering the spirits.
