Coragem
7 For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.
7 For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.
13 Watch, stand fast in the faith, be courageous, be strong.
13 Watch, stand fast in the faith, be courageous, be strong.
18 There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear involves punishment. But he that fears has not been made perfect in love.
28 and not being terrified in anything by your enemies, which is to them a proof of destruction, but to you of salvation, and this from God.
13 I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
15 For you did not receive the spirit of bondage again unto fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption by whom we cry out, "Abba, Father."
Não temas
Não temas, porque Eu sou contigo. Quando tiver medo, em ti confiarei. Deus é nosso escudo e fortaleza.
Conforto e encorajamento
O Deus de toda consolação nos consola em todas as tribulações. Coragem não falta a quem descansa em Deus.
3 Blessed [be] the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort,4 who comforts us in all our tribulation, so that we may be able to comfort those who are in any affliction, by means of the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God.
7 But we have this treasure in clay vessels, so that the extraordinary character of the power may be of God and not of us;8 in everything being oppressed, yet not crushed; perplexed, but not in despair;9 persecuted, but not abandoned; cast down, but not destroyed;10 always carrying about in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus, so that also the life of Jesus may be revealed in our body.11 For we who are living are always handed over to death for Jesus' sake, so that the life of Jesus also may be manifest in our body.
5 Let [your] way of life [be] without loving money, being satisfied with what you have. For He Himself has said, "By no means shall I desert you, nor in any way shall I forsake you;"6 so that being confident, we may say: "The LORD is my helper; I will not fear. What can man do to me?"
13 And who is he that shall injure you if you become imitators of that which is good?14 But even if you should suffer on account of righteousness, [you are] blessed. "But do not fear their threats, nor be troubled."
27 Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.
49 And seeing Him walking on the sea, they supposed Him to be a spirit, and they cried out;50 for they all saw Him and were troubled. But immediately He spoke with them, and said to them, "Have courage! [It is] I AM; do not be afraid."
