O Deus do impossível
Deus é o Deus do impossível. Para Ele não há nada difícil demais. O que parece impossível aos olhos humanos é perfeitamente possível para o Criador do universo.
Nada é impossível
Para Deus nada é impossível. Ele faz infinitamente mais do que podemos pedir ou imaginar — esse é o nosso Deus.
Jesus looked at them and said, "With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible."
Jesus looked at them and said, "With man this is impossible, but not with God. For all things are possible with God."
But Jesus said, "What is impossible with man is possible with God."
"How can this be," Mary asked the angel, "since I am a virgin?"
The angel replied, "The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you. So the Holy One to be born will be called the Son of God. Look, even Elizabeth your relative has conceived a son in her old age, and she who was called barren is in her sixth month. For no word from God will ever fail."
"I am the Lord’s servant," Mary answered. "May it happen to me according to your word." Then the angel left her.
And the LORD asked Abraham, "Why did Sarah laugh and say, ‘Can I really bear a child when I am old?’ Is anything too difficult for the LORD? At the appointed time I will return to you — in about a year — and Sarah will have a son."
"I know that You can do all things
and that no plan of Yours can be thwarted.
"Oh, Lord GOD! You have made the heavens and the earth by Your great power and outstretched arm. Nothing is too difficult for You!
Fé no impossível
Se tiverdes fé como um grão de mostarda... Os impossíveis de Deus são convites ao exercício da fé audaciosa.
"Because you have so little faith," He answered. "For truly I tell you, if you have faith the size of a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you."
"If You can?" echoed Jesus. "All things are possible to him who believes!"
Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.
This is what the LORD of Hosts says: "If this is impossible in the eyes of the remnant of this people in these days, should it also be impossible in My eyes?" declares the LORD of Hosts.
Great is our Lord, and mighty in power;
His understanding has no limit.
He was delivered up by God’s set plan and foreknowledge, and you, by the hands of the lawless, put Him to death by nailing Him to the cross. But God raised Him from the dead, releasing Him from the agony of death, because it was impossible for death to keep Him in its grip.
