Be watchful, stand firm in the faith, be men of courage, and be strong.
So he arose and went to his father. But while he was still far away, his father saw him and was moved with compassion. So he ran to his son, threw his arms around his neck, and kissed him. I am no longer worthy to be called yoʋr son.’ But the father said to his servants, ‘Bring out the best robe and put it on him. Put a ring on his finger and sandals on his feet. Bring the fattened calf and kill it. Let us eat and celebrate.
