A base da educação bíblica: instrução e rotina no lar

A educação das crianças na Bíblia fundamenta-se em três pilares: o exemplo dos pais, a instrução contínua na Palavra de Deus e a disciplina exercida com amor. Em vez de transferir essa responsabilidade para terceiros, as Escrituras colocam sobre a família a tarefa diária de moldar o caráter e a fé dos filhos por meio da convivência.

Em Deuteronômio, a transmissão dos valores divinos não aparece como uma aula teórica formal, mas como uma conversa natural que acompanha toda a rotina da casa: ao levantar, ao caminhar pelo caminho e antes de dormir. O objetivo é que o temor ao Senhor faça parte natural do entendimento da criança sobre o mundo.

And these words, which I command youi this day, shall be in youi heart:

And youi shall teach them diligently unto youi children, and shall talk of them when youi sit in youi house, and when youi walk by the way, and when youi lay down, and when youi rise up.(Deuteronomy 6:6,7)

My son, hear the instruction of youi father, and forsake not the law of youi mother:

For they [shall be] an ornament of grace unto youi head, and chains about youi neck.(Mishlei - Proverbs 1:8,9)

Disciplina com sabedoria: corrigir sem provocar ressentimento

A disciplina na tradição bíblica tem a finalidade de proteger, orientar e livrar o jovem da insensatez natural da imaturidade. Corrigir não é descontar frustração nem impor tirania, mas estabelecer limites firmes que ensinem a criança a discernir entre escolhas sábias e caminhos destrutivos.

O Novo Testamento traz um freio explícito contra o autoritarismo paterno: a correção jamais deve humilhar ou desanimar o filho. O equilíbrio cristão une firmeza e afeto, tratando a disciplina como cuidado formativo indispensável para a maturidade.

And, you2f fathers, provoke not your children to wrath: but bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord - Kurios.(Ephesians 6:4)

Children, obey [your] parents in all things: for this is well pleasing unto the Lord - Kurios.

Fathers, provoke not your children [to anger], lest they be discouraged.(Colossians 3:20,21)

If you2f endure chastening, God-The Father deals with you as with sons; for what son is he whom the father chastens not?(Hebrews 12:7)

O ensino das Escrituras desde a infância

O conhecimento do texto sagrado serve como fundamento ético e espiritual duradouro. O apóstolo Paulo recorda a Timóteo que a fé sincera começou em casa, por meio de sua mãe e de sua avó, mostrando que o ensino bíblico nos primeiros anos de vida prepara o discernimento para toda a existência adulta.

Além disso, relatar a história da fidelidade de Deus impede que cada nova geração precise recomeçar do zero, criando um senso de identidade e esperança comunitária.

But continue youi in the things which youi have learned and have been assured of, knowing of whom youi have learned [them];

And that from a child youi have known the Holy Scriptures, which are able to make youi wise unto salvation through faith which is in Moshiach [Messiah] Yeshua [God is Salvation].(2 Timothy 3:14,15)

We will not hide [them] from their children, showing to the generation to come the praises of the LORD-Yehōvah [Messiah Pre-Incarnate], and his strength, and his wonderful works that he has done.

For he established a testimony in Ya’akov [Heel of God], and appointed a law in Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel of God], which he commanded our fathers, that they should make them known to their children:

That the generation to come might know [them, even] the children [which] should be born; [who] should arise and declare [them] to their children:

That they might set their hope in God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered], and not forget the works of God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered], but keep his commandments:(Tehillim - Psalms 78:4-7)

Come, you2f children, hearken unto me: I will teach you the fear of the LORD-Yehōvah [Messiah Pre-Incarnate].(Tehillim - Psalms 34:11)

Filhos como dádiva e o acolhimento de Jesus

Na visão bíblica, os filhos não pertencem aos pais como propriedade, mas são confiados por Deus como herança e bênção. Essa perspectiva transforma a tarefa de educar em um exercício de mordomia responsável, no qual os cuidadores prestarão contas da maneira como trataram essa confiança.

Jesus reforçou esse valor ao confrontar os próprios discípulos que tentavam afastar os pequenos. Ele acolheu as crianças nos braços, abençoou-as e colocou a simplicidade delas como modelo para quem deseja entrar no Reino dos Céus.

Lo, children [are] an heritage of the LORD-Yehōvah [Messiah Pre-Incarnate]: [and] the fruit of the womb [is his] reward.(Tehillim - Psalms 127:3)

Yeshua [God is Salvation] said to them: "Permit the children to come to me and do not restrain them, for the Kingdom of heaven is theirs. Truly I say to you that one will not enter the Kingdom of heaven except he shall be like these".(Gosel 19:14)

Honour youi father and youi mother: that youi days may be long upon the land which the LORD-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) youi God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered] gives youi.(Exodus 20:12)

And all youri children [shall be] taught of the LORD-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate); and great [shall be] the peace of youri children.(Isaiah 54:13)
