Encorajamento

God’s Love in Christ Jesus

What then shall we say in response to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?

For you did not receive a spirit of slavery leading again to fear, but a spirit of adoption as sons, by which we cry out, "Abba! Father!"

Each of pt ¦ you 𝔐ptus should please his neighbor for his good, to build him up.

Now may the God of endurance and encouragement grant you to have the same mind toward one another, following the example of Christ Jesus,

For I long to see you so that I may impart to you some spiritual gift, that you may be established, that is, that while I am among you we may be mutually encouraged by each other’s faith, both yours and mine.

I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

I am confident that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of pt ¦ Jesus Christ 𝔐pt ANT PCK TR WHChrist Jesus.

Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. Old things have passed away; behold, 219 55.3% 𝔐134 38.8% ¦ new things have come CT 2.5%all things have become new.

Living by Faith

Therefore we do not lose heart. Even though on the outside we are wasting away, on the inside we are being renewed day by day.

For our light and momentary affliction is bringing about for us an eternal weight of glory far beyond all measure,

But we have this treasure in jars of clay, to show that this extraordinary power is from God and not from us. We are afflicted in every way, but not crushed; perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not forsaken; struck down, but not destroyed; always carrying about in our bodies the death of the Lord Jesus, so that the life of Jesus may also be revealed in our bodies. For we who live are always being delivered up to death for Jesus' sake, so that the life of Jesus may also be revealed in our mortal flesh.

The Ministry of Reconciliation

Therefore, because we know what it is to fear the Lord, we persuade others. What we are is known to God, and I hope that it is known in your consciences as well. For we are not commending ourselves to you again, but we are giving you an opportunity to boast about us, so that you may be able to answer those who boast about outward appearances and not about matters of the heart. If we are out of our mind, it is for God; if we are in our right mind, it is for you. For the love of Christ compels us, because we have concluded that pt ¦ one died for all; therefore 𝔐pt CTif one died for all, then all have died. And he died for all so that those who live may no longer live for themselves, but for him who died for them and was raised.

So from now on we regard no one according to the flesh. Even if we have known Christ according to the flesh, we no longer know him in that way. Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. Old things have passed away; behold, 219 55.3% 𝔐134 38.8% ¦ new things have come CT 2.5%all things have become new. And all these things are from God, who reconciled us to himself through Jesus Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation, namely, that God was reconciling the world to himself in Christ, not counting people’s trespasses against them. And he has committed to us the message of reconciliation. Therefore, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were making an appeal through us. We plead on Christ’s behalf: "Be reconciled to God." For God made him who did not know sin to be a sin offering for us, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.

For if the eager willingness is there, it is acceptable according to what one has, not according to what one does not have.

Paul’s Thanksgiving After Suffering Affliction

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our affliction, so that we can comfort those experiencing any kind of affliction with the comfort we ourselves have received from God.

Ânimo nas lutas

No mundo tereis aflições, mas tende bom ânimo — Eu venci o mundo. O Senhor é refúgio seguro em toda tribulação.

I have said these things to you so that in me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation, but take heart; I have overcome the world."

I have said these things to you so that in me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation, but take heart; I have overcome the world."

Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid.

Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid.

There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. Whoever fears has not been perfected in love.

Promessas de conforto

Vinde a mim os cansados e sobrecarregados. Lança sobre Ele tuas ansiedades, pois Ele cuida de ti.

Come to me, all of you who labor and are burdened, and I will give you rest.

Do not be afraid of those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul, but rather fear him who can destroy both the soul and the body in hell.

casting all your anxiety on him, because he cares for you.

In this you rejoice, even if now for a little while you have had to suffer various trials

Now who will harm you if you become imitators of what is good? But even if you do suffer because of righteousness, you are blessed. Do not fear people’s threats or be troubled,

Encorajar uns aos outros

Encorajai-vos mutuamente e edificai-vos uns aos outros. Não desanimemos — a bondade do Senhor é nova a cada manhã.

Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, even as you are doing.

Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, even as you are doing.

And let us consider how to spur one another on to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near.

Keep your lives free from the love of money, and be content with what you have, for God has said, "I will never leave yoʋ or forsake yoʋ." So we can say with confidence,

"The Lord is my helper,

so I will not fear anything that man might do to me."

So then, my beloved brothers, be steadfast and immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your labor in the Lord is not in vain.

Final Exhortations

Be watchful, stand firm in the faith, be men of courage, and be strong.

Final Exhortations

Be watchful, stand firm in the faith, be men of courage, and be strong.

For God did not give us a spirit of timidity, but a spirit of power, love, and sound judgment.

Jesus said to them, "Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men." So they immediately left their nets and followed him.

Deus chama pelo nome

Ao longo da Bíblia, Deus chamou seus servos pelo nome — Abraão, Moisés, Samuel, Paulo — encorajando cada um pessoalmente.

Now there was a disciple in Damascus named Ananias. The Lord said to him in a vision, "Ananias." He said, "Behold, here I am, Lord."

Then Mary said, "Behold, I am the servant of the Lord; may it happen to me according to yoʋr word." And the angel left her.

Are not five sparrows sold for two pennies? Yet not one of them is forgotten in the sight of God. Indeed, even the hairs of your head are all numbered. So do not be afraid; you are of more value than many sparrows.
