Ensinar
Ensinar é mandamento e dom. A Bíblia exorta pais, líderes e mestres a transmitir a verdade divina com fidelidade, paciência e sabedoria para as próximas gerações.
Ensinar a Palavra
Toda Escritura é útil para ensinar. Quem ouve as palavras de Jesus e as pratica é como o homem sábio que construiu sobre a rocha.
Every Writing [is] God-breathed, and profitable for teaching, for conviction, for correction, for instruction that [is] in righteousness, that the man of God may be fitted—having been completed for every good work.
Therefore, everyone who hears these words of Mine, and does them, I will liken him to a wise man who built his house on the rock;
Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly, in all wisdom, teaching and admonishing each other, in psalms, and hymns, and spiritual songs, in grace singing in your hearts to the LORD;
for as many things as were written before, for our instruction were written before, that through the endurance, and the exhortation of the Writings, we might have the hope.
Proverbs of Solomon, son of David, king of Israel: For knowing wisdom and instruction, || For understanding sayings of intelligence, For receiving the instruction of wisdom, || Righteousness, judgment, and uprightness, For giving to simple ones—prudence, || To a youth—knowledge and discretion. (The wise hear and increase learning, || And the intelligent obtain counsels.) For understanding a proverb and its sweetness, || Words of the wise and their acute sayings. Fear of YHWH [is the] beginning of knowledge, || Fools have despised wisdom and instruction!
Instruir as gerações
Ensina a criança nos caminhos de Deus. A geração que não conhece o Senhor perde a herança espiritual da fé.
And you have loved your God YHWH with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your might. And these words which I am commanding you today have been on your heart, and you have repeated them to your sons, and spoken of them in your sitting in your house, and in your walking in the way, and in your lying down, and in your rising up,
Hear, my son, the instruction of your father, || And do not leave the law of your mother, For they [are] a graceful wreath to your head, || And chains to your neck.
Keep, my son, the command of your father, || And do not leave the law of your mother. Bind them on your heart continually, || Tie them on your neck. In your going up and down, it leads you, || In your lying down, it watches over you, || And you have awoken—it talks [with] you. For the command [is] a lamp, || And the Law a light, || And a way of life [are] reproofs of instruction,
Get wisdom, get understanding, || Do not forget, nor turn away || From the sayings of my mouth. Do not forsake her, and she preserves you, || Love her, and she keeps you. The first thing [is] wisdom—get wisdom, || And with all your getting get understanding. Exalt her and she lifts you up, || She honors you when you embrace her.
Lay hold on instruction, do not desist, || Keep her, for she [is] your life. Do not enter into the path of the wicked, || And do not be blessed in a way of evildoers.
Above every charge keep your heart, || For out of it [are] the outgoings of life. Turn aside a contrary mouth from you, || And put perverse lips far from you, Your eyes look straightforward, || And your eyelids look straight before you. Ponder the path of your feet, || And all your ways [are] established. Do not incline [to] the right or to the left, || Turn aside your foot from evil!
The law of the wise [is] a fountain of life, || To turn aside from snares of death.
The commencement of wisdom [is] the fear of YHWH, || And a knowledge of the Holy Ones [is] understanding.
AN INSTRUCTION OF ASAPH. Give ear, O my people, to my law, || Incline your ear to sayings of my mouth. I open my mouth with an allegory, || I bring forth hidden things of old, That we have heard and know, || And our fathers have recounted to us. We do not hide from their sons, || Recounting praises of YHWH to a later generation, || And His strength, and His wonders that He has done.
and all that generation have also been gathered to their fathers, and another generation rises after them who have not known YHWH, and even the work which He has done to Israel.
Fidelidade no ensino
Quem ensina com fidelidade merece dupla honra. Cuidado com doutrinas falsas — permaneçam na doutrina de Cristo.
Let them, the well-leading elders, be counted worthy of double honor, especially those laboring in word and teaching, for the Writing says, "You will not muzzle an ox treading out," and, "Worthy [is] the workman of his reward."
and stand aloof from the profane vain talkings, for they will advance to more impiety, and their word will have pasture as a gangrene, of whom is Hymenaeus and Philetus,
everyone who is transgressing, and is not remaining in the teaching of the Christ, does not have God; he who is remaining in the teaching of the Christ, this one has both the Father and the Son;
And it being now the middle of the celebration, Jesus went up to the temple, and He was teaching, and the Jews were wondering, saying, "How has this One known letters—having not learned?" Jesus answered them and said, "My teaching is not Mine, but His who sent Me; if anyone may will to do His will, he will know concerning the teaching, whether it is of God, or—[if] I speak from Myself. He who is speaking from himself seeks his own glory, but he who is seeking the glory of him who sent him, this one is true, and unrighteousness is not in him;
