Família de Deus
A família de Deus transcende laços de sangue. Em Cristo, somos adotados como filhos, irmãos uns dos outros e membros de uma família eterna — a Igreja.
Adotados por Deus
Recebemos o espírito de adoção pelo qual clamamos: Abba, Pai! Se filhos, também herdeiros — herdeiros de Deus e co-herdeiros com Cristo.
But at just the right time God sent out His Son, born of a woman, born under law, so that He might redeem those under law, that we might receive the adoption as sons. And because you are sons, God sent out the Spirit of His Son into your hearts, calling, "Abba, Father". Therefore you are no longer a slave but a son, and if a son, also an heir of God through Christ.
So all of you are sons of God through the faith in Christ Jesus. As many of you as were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ —there is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is no ‘male and female’; all of you are one in Christ Jesus—
having predestined us into an adoption as sons through Jesus Christ, into Him[S], according to the good pleasure of His[F] will, to the praise of the glory of His grace, with which He graced us in the Beloved;
Prayer
For this reason I bow my knees to the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, from whom every family in heaven and on earth receives its name,
But, as many as did receive Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, one by receiving Christ. Presumably ‘receiving’ is a conscious act. Each of my two children did this when four years old. to those who believe into His name:’ (Greek εν) Jesus or His name; always it reads ‘believe into’ (Greek εις). People believe in Santa Claus, the Easter bunny, the goodness of man, or whatever, but it makes no difference in their lives. Many millions of people say they ‘believe in Jesus’, but it makes no difference in their lives either. You have to believe into Him—commitment and identification are involved, that go along with the change in location, from being outside to being inside. As Jesus Himself said in John 6:53-56, you have to "eat" His flesh and "drink" His blood. If you eat something your body assimilates it, it becomes part of you. who were begotten, not by blood, nor by the desire of the flesh, nor by the will of a man, relationship between them. but by God.

Não abandonem a congregação. Somos um corpo em Cristo, membros uns dos outros, chamados a amar e a servir.
and if one member suffers, all the members should suffer along, or if one member is honored, all the members should rejoice along.
So then, you are no longer strangers and aliens, but fellow citizens with the saints and members of God’s household, built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ Himself being the chief cornerstone; in whom the whole building, being joined together, grows into a holy temple in the Lord; in whom you also are being built together to become a habitation of God in spirit.
Quem é minha família?
Jesus disse: quem faz a vontade de Deus, esse é meu irmão e irmã. A família de Deus inclui todos os que creem.
He answered them saying, "Who is my mother or my brothers?" And looking around at those seated in a circle around Him He said: "Behold my mother and my brothers! Because whoever does the will of God, the same is my brother, my sister, my mother."
Now the slave does not remain in the household forever; the son does remain forever. free" is plural, referring to His hearers.
So Jesus said to them: "If God were your Father, you would love me, because I came forth from God and I am here. Further, I have not come on my own, but He sent me.
So then, as we have opportunity, let us do what is good toward everyone, but especially toward those who are of the household of the faith.
