Família: como aplicar a fé e o perdão no lar

A Bíblia não esconde os atritos de nenhuma família, mas mostra que o lar foi feito para ser refúgio, perdão e recomeço. É na rotina da casa — dividindo cansaço, refeições e contas — que a nossa fé ganha forma de verdade.

Compromisso e fé dentro de casa

A decisão de buscar a Deus começa pela liderança do exemplo e alcança quem divide o teto com você.

15 But if it is disagreeable in your sight to serve the Lord, choose for yourselves today whom you will serve: whether the gods which your fathers served, which were beyond the Euphrates River, or the gods of the Amorites in whose land you are living; but as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord."(Joshua 24:15)

Para lembrar que a fé da sua casa depende de um posicionamento diário, mesmo quando o mundo ao redor escolhe outros caminhos.

31 They said, "Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved, you and your household."(Acts 16:31)

A promessa de que a sua busca sincera por Jesus abre portas para a salvação e a transformação de toda a família.

57 May the Lord our God be with us, as He was with our fathers; may He not leave us nor forsake us,(1 Kings 8:57)

Uma oração para que a presença de Deus acompanhe as próximas gerações com a mesma fidelidade dedicada aos nossos pais.

Educar os filhos no caminho

Criar filhos exige constância, instrução paciente e cuidado para não sufocar o coração de quem aprende.

6 Train up a child in the way he should go,

Even when he grows older he will not abandon it.(Proverbs 22:6)

Mostra o valor de investir tempo no começo da vida, criando raízes que o tempo não consegue arrancar.

6 These words, which I am commanding you today, shall be on your heart. 7 And you shall repeat them diligently to your sons and speak of them when you sit in your house, when you walk on the road, when you lie down, and when you get up.(Deuteronomy 6:6,7)

Leva a fé para as conversas comuns — ao acordar, ao caminhar e ao sentar à mesa.

4 Fathers, do not provoke your children to anger, but bring them up in the discipline and instruction of the Lord.(Ephesians 6:4)

Protege os filhos da dureza desmedida e lembra os pais de educar com acolhimento e ensino.

8 Listen, my son, to your father’s instruction,

And do not ignore your mother’s teaching;

9 For they are a graceful wreath for your head

And necklaces for your neck.(Proverbs 1:8,9)

Ensina que os conselhos dos pais servem como escudo e proteção para a vida lá fora.

20 My son, comply with the commandment of your father,

And do not ignore the teaching of your mother;(Proverbs 6:20)

Ajuda os filhos a guardarem os ensinamentos da casa como guia para as decisões difíceis.

1 Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right. 2 Honor your father and mother (which is the first commandment with a promise),(Ephesians 6:1,2)

O princípio bíblico de que respeitar a liderança dos pais traz vida longa e paz.

Honra, paciência e perdão

Convivência diária expõe defeitos; o amor cristão decide perdoar antes que a mágoa crie raiz.

12 "Honor your father and your mother, so that your days may be prolonged on the land which the Lord your God gives you.(Exodus 20:12)

O primeiro mandamento com promessa, que liga o respeito aos pais à nossa própria bênção.

32 Be kind to one another, compassionate, forgiving each other, just as God in Christ also has forgiven you.(Ephesians 4:32)

Dá forças para trocar a grosseria pela bondade e liberar o perdão dentro de casa.

20 If someone says, "I love God," and yet he hates his brother or sister, he is a liar; for the one who does not love his brother and sister whom he has seen, cannot love God, whom he has not seen.(1 John 4:20)

Um lembrete direto: a nossa comunhão com Deus é medida pelo amor que demonstramos a quem mora conosco.

19 Honor your father and mother; and You shall love your neighbor as yourself."(Matthew 19:19)

Reafirma que o amor ao próximo começa honrando pai e mãe.

O dever de sustentar e proteger

A espiritualidade bíblica é prática e começa suprindo as necessidades básicas de quem depende de nós.

8 But if anyone does not provide for his own, and especially for those of his household, he has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever.(1 Timothy 5:8)

Alerta com firmeza: a fé verdadeira não se desvia do dever de alimentar, vestir e proteger a própria família.

4 but if any widow has children or grandchildren, they must first learn to show proper respect for their own family and to give back compensation to their parents; for this is acceptable in the sight of God.(1 Timothy 5:4)

Mostra que a gratidão dos filhos e netos se traduz em socorrer os pais na velhice.

3 Behold, children are a gift of the Lord,

The fruit of the womb is a reward.

4 Like arrows in the hand of a warrior,

So are the children of one’s youth.

5 Blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them;

They will not be ashamed

When they speak with their enemies in the gate.(Psalm 127:3-5)

Lembra que os filhos não são peso nem dívida, mas herança viva e bênção confiada por Deus.

17 But the mercy of the Lord is from everlasting to everlasting for those who fear Him,

And His justice to the children’s children,

18 To those who keep His covenant

And remember His precepts, so as to do them.(Psalm 103:17,18)

A certeza de que a misericórdia do Senhor se estende aos nossos netos e bisnetos quando guardamos a Sua aliança.

Sabedoria para viver em paz

Palavras bem medidas e disposição para a paz evitam tempestades desnecessárias debaixo do mesmo teto.

1 Behold, how good and how pleasant it is

For brothers to live together in unity!(Psalm 133:1)

Celebra a leveza e a alegria de ver parentes convivendo sem disputas nem rancor.

10 Now I urge you, brothers and sisters, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that you all agree and that there be no divisions among you, but that you be made complete in the same mind and in the same judgment.(1 Corinthians 1:10)

O convite a buscar o mesmo propósito, vencendo as divisões internas.

6 Grandchildren are the crown of the old,

And the glory of sons is their fathers.(Proverbs 17:6)

Celebra o laço entre avós e netos como riqueza da história familiar.

17 A friend loves at all times,

And a brother is born for adversity.(Proverbs 17:17)

A certeza de que o amor fraterno ganha força justamente na hora da dificuldade.

27 He who profits illicitly troubles his own house,

But he who hates bribes will live.(Proverbs 15:27)

Protege o lar da ganância desmedida, que rouba a tranquilidade da casa por ganhos vazios.

29 One who troubles his own house will inherit wind,

And the foolish will be servant to the wise-hearted.(Proverbs 11:29)

Um aviso realista contra criar conflitos desnecessários com quem convive com você.

27 Prepare your work outside,

And make it ready for yourself in the field;

Afterward, then, build your house.(Proverbs 24:27)

Orienta a planejar o sustento com os pés no chão antes de erguer a própria casa.

O casamento como alicerce

A comunhão entre marido e mulher sustenta a segurança emocional e espiritual de todo o lar.

24 For this reason a man shall leave his father and his mother, and be joined to his wife; and they shall become one flesh.(Genesis 2:24)

O pacto de priorizar o cônjuge acima de qualquer outro vínculo, formando uma só vida.

6 But from the beginning of creation, Godcreated them male and female.7 For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother,8 and the two shall become one flesh; so they are no longer two, but one flesh.9 Therefore, what God has joined together, no person is to separate."(Mark 10:6-9)

Reafirma que a união feita diante de Deus é sagrada e deve ser guardada contra qualquer ruptura.

33 Nevertheless, as for you individually, each husband is to love his own wife the same as himself, and the wife must see to it that she respects her husband.(Ephesians 5:33)

Equilibra a vida conjugal com o que cada um precisa: amor demonstrado em atitudes e respeito mútuo.

9 Enjoy life with the wife whom you love all the days of your futile life which He has given you under the sun, all the days of your futility; for this is your reward in life and in your work which you have labored under the sun.(Ecclesiastes 9:9)

Incentiva a desfrutar a beleza dos dias simples ao lado da pessoa que você escolheu amar.
