Filhos
Herança do Senhor
Deixai vir a mim as crianças.
14 Jesus perceiving this, was offended, and said, Allow the children to come to me, do not hinder them; for of such is the kingdom of God.
11 If you then, though evil, can give good things to your children, how much more will your Father, who is in heaven, give good things to them that ask him?
52 And Jesus advanced in wisdom, and stature, and in power with God and man.
1 Behold how great love the Father has bestowed on us, that we should be called children of God! For this reason, the world does not know us, because it did not know him.
Filhos, obedecei a vossos pais — isto é justo e agradável a Deus.
1 Children, obey your parents in the Lord; for this is just.2 Honor your father and mother, (which is the first commandment with a promise,)3 that it may be well with you, and that you may live long on the earth.
4 Also, fathers, do not provoke your children to wrath; but bring them up in the correction and instruction of the Lord.
20 Children, obey your parents in all things, for this is well pleasing to the Lord.
21 Fathers, do not exasperate your children, lest they be discouraged.
7 If you endure chastisement, God deals with you as his children. For what son is there whom his father does not chastise?8 But if you be without chastisement, of which all sons are partakers, certainly you are bastards, and not sons.
4 but if any widow have children, or grandchildren, let these learn first piously to take care of their own family, and then to requite their parents: for this is acceptable in the sight of God.
21 A woman in travail has sorrow, because her hour is come. But when her son is born, she remembers her anguish no longer; for joy that she has brought a man into the world.
