A generosidade é marca do caráter de Deus e vocação do cristão. Deus ama ao que dá com alegria. Quem semeia generosamente, generosamente colherá.

Each one should give what he has decided in his heart to give, not out of regret or compulsion. For God loves a cheerful giver.

You will be enriched in every way to be generous on every occasion, and through us your generosity will produce thanksgiving to God. For this ministry of service is not only supplying the needs of the saints but is also overflowing in many expressions of thanksgiving to God.

And the King will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of Mine, you did for Me.’
Generosidade de Deus
Se Deus dá sabedoria generosamente a quem pede, quanto mais nos dará Ele forças e suprimento em toda necessidade?
Now if any of you lacks wisdom, he should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to him.
Suppose a brother or sister is without clothes and daily food. If one of you tells him, "Go in peace; stay warm and well fed," but does not provide for his physical needs, what good is that? So too, faith by itself, if it does not result in action, is dead.
He gives power to the faint
and increases the strength of the weak.
It is well with the man who is generous and lends freely,
whose affairs are guided by justice.
