A generosidade é marca do caráter de Deus e vocação do cristão. Deus ama ao que dá com alegria. Quem semeia generosamente, generosamente colherá.

You should each give, then, as you have decided, not with regret or out of a sense of duty; for God loves the one who gives gladly.

For this service you perform not only meets the needs of God’s people, but also produces an outpouring of gratitude to God.

If you are eager to give, God will accept your gift on the basis of what you have to give, not on what you don’t have.

Se Deus dá sabedoria generosamente a quem pede, quanto mais nos dará Ele forças e suprimento em toda necessidade?
But if any of you lack wisdom, you should pray to God, who will give it to you; because God gives generously and graciously to all.
Suppose there are brothers or sisters who need clothes and don’t have enough to eat. What good is there in your saying to them, "God bless you! Keep warm and eat well!"—if you don’t give them the necessities of life? So it is with faith: if it is alone and includes no actions, then it is dead.
He strengthens those who are weak and tired.
Happy is the person who is generous with his loans,
who runs his business honestly.
