A vossa gentileza seja conhecida de todos. A palavra branda desvia a ira, e a boa conduta atrai os que estão distantes.
5 Let your forbearing spirit be known to all people.The Lord is near:
5 Behave wisely toward outsiders, making the best use of your time.6 Let your speech always be gracious, seasoned with salt, so that you may know how you ought to answer everyone.
12 Therefore, as God's chosen ones, holy and loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, meekness, and patience.
Gentileza como fruto
O fruto do Espírito inclui bondade e amabilidade. Amem uns aos outros com afeição fraternal e tratem bem a todos.
22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,23 gentleness, and self-control. There is no law against such things.
10 So then, whenever we have the opportunity, let us practice doing good to everyone, especially to the family of faith.
1 Let brotherly love continue.2 Stop neglecting to show hospitality to strangers, for by showing hospitality some have had angels as their guests without being aware of it.
13 Therefore, let us no longer criticize each other. Instead, make up your mind not to put a stumbling block or hindrance in the way of a brother.
20 Truly, truly I tell you, the one who receives whomever I send receives me, and the one who receives me receives the one who sent me."
