A gratidão ao Senhor é resposta de amor diante da bondade divina. Louvar a Deus com cântico e magnificá-lo com ação de graças — isso é o que agrada ao Senhor.
Agradecer ao Senhor
Deus transformou nosso lamento em dança. Ele é digno de toda gratidão, em todo tempo e em toda circunstância.
11 You have turned my mourning into dancing for me; You have torn off my sackcloth, and have clothed me [with] gladness,12 so that [my] glory may sing praise to You, and not be silent. O LORD my God, I will give thanks to You forever.
30 I will praise the name of God with a song, and will magnify Him with thanksgiving.
4 Enter into His gates with thanksgiving, [and] into His courts with praise; be thankful to Him, [and] bless His name.
4 Let all those who seek You rejoice and be glad in You; and let those who love Your salvation say without ending, Let God be magnified.
Gratidão constante
Em tudo dai graças. Tudo o que Deus criou é bom, quando recebido com ação de graças e paz no coração.
18 In everything give thanks, for this [is the] will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.
4 For every creation of God [is] good, and nothing to be refused if it is received with thanksgiving.5 For it is sanctified through the Word of God and prayer.
15 And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to which you also are called in one body, and be thankful.
9 but I will sacrifice to You with the voice of thanksgiving; I will fulfill that which I have vowed. Salvation [belongs] to Jehovah!
