O que a Bíblia chama de homem de Deus
Na Bíblia, o homem de Deus não é alguém perfeito ou isento de fraquezas, mas alguém cuja vida pertence ao Senhor e é moldada pela Palavra. O apóstolo Paulo resume essa identidade em dois movimentos: afastar-se do erro e buscar ativamente a justiça, a fé, o amor e a mansidão.
But youi, O man of God-The Father, flee these things; and follow after righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, meekness.(1 Timothy 6:11)
Essa maturidade não depende da idade, mas do exemplo visível no modo de falar, agir e se relacionar com o próximo.
Let no man despise youri youth; but be youi an example of the believers, in word, in Conversation (behavior; way of life; community), in charity, in Spirit [Ruach], in faith, in purity.(1 Timothy 4:12)
A coragem cristã une firmeza de convicção com generosidade prática: vigiar na fé, ser forte e conduzir tudo com amor.

Exemplos de integridade nas Escrituras

Essa vida não começa por esforço próprio, mas pelo novo nascimento espiritual: tornar-se filho de Deus ao receber a Cristo pela fé.
But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God-Theos, [even] to them that believe on his name:
Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God-Theos.(John 1:12,13)
A comunhão com Deus se aprofunda na obediência sincera e na reverência diária.
Now we know that God-The Father hears not sinners: but if any man be a worshipper of God-The Father, and does his will, him he hears.(John 9:31)
A pureza de pensamentos e atitudes se sustenta quando a Palavra de Deus se torna o padrão de conduta, guardada na memória e praticada no cotidiano.

And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that brings forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he does shall prosper.
