31 What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who is against us?(Romans 8:31)

Tira o peso de achar que tudo conspira contra você e coloca a balança a seu favor.

10 ‘Do not fear, for I am with you;

Do not be afraid, for I am your God.

I will strengthen you, I will also help you,

I will also uphold you with My righteous right hand.’(Isaiah 41:10)

Dá chão firme quando o medo de não dar conta faz as pernas tremerem.

31 Yet those who wait for the Lord

Will gain new strength;

They will mount up with wings like eagles,

They will run and not get tired,

They will walk and not become weary.(Isaiah 40:31)

Devolve o fôlego a quem já gastou todas as forças tentando resolver a vida sozinho.

13 I can do all things through Him who strengthens me.(Philippians 4:13)

Lembra que o que sustenta você nos dias difíceis não é a sua própria energia, mas Cristo.

6 Be strong and courageous, do not be afraid or in dread of them, for the Lord your God is the One who is going with you. He will not desert you or abandon you."(Deuteronomy 31:6)

Desfaz a sensação de abandono bem no meio da rotina pesada.

7 For God has not given us a spirit of timidity, but of power and love and discipline.(2 Timothy 1:7)

Cala a voz da insegurança e devolve a clareza para tomar as decisões de hoje.

Para encontrar ânimo quando a tempestade aperta

33 These things I have spoken to you so that in Me you may have peace. In the world you have tribulation, but take courage; I have overcome the world."(John 16:33)

Valida o cansaço do momento difícil sem deixar você esquecer quem já venceu o mundo.

3 And not only this, but we also celebrate in our tribulations, knowing that tribulation brings about perseverance; 4 and perseverance, proven character; and proven character, hope; 5 and hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out within our hearts through the Holy Spirit who was given to us.(Romans 5:3-5)

Dá sentido ao desgaste que você enfrenta, lembrando que a pressão de hoje gera raiz e maturidade.

35 Therefore, do not throw away your confidence, which has a great reward.(Hebrews 10:35)

Impede que você desista no momento em que a perseverança está prestes a dar fruto.

5 Commit your way to the Lord,

Trust also in Him, and He will do it.(Psalm 37:5)

Libera as suas mãos para cuidar do que é seu e deixa Deus agir no que você não controla.

23 The steps of a man are established by the Lord,

And He delights in his way.

24 When he falls, he will not be hurled down,

Because the Lord is the One who holds his hand.(Psalm 37:23,24)

Tira a culpa do tropeço: errar faz parte do caminho, mas a mão de Deus não deixa você no chão.

22 Cast your burden upon the Lord and He will sustain you;

He will never allow the righteous to be shaken.(Psalm 55:22)

Convida você a descarregar nos braços de Deus a bagagem pesada demais para os seus ombros.

And He answered me.(Psalm 120:1)

Garante que o seu desabafo sincero na hora do aperto é ouvido de verdade.

6 I will not be afraid of ten thousands of people

Who have set themselves against me all around.(Psalm 3:6)

Devolve o sono tranquilo mesmo quando as contas e cobranças cercam a sua mente.

Promessas para olhar além das dificuldades de hoje

11 For I know the plans that I have for you,’ declares the Lord, ‘plans for prosperity and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.(Jeremiah 29:11)

Desarma a angústia sobre o amanhã ao lembrar que o seu futuro está sob o cuidado de Deus.

17 "The Lord your God is in your midst,

A victorious warrior.

He will rejoice over you with joy,

He will be quiet in His love,

He will rejoice over you with shouts of joy.(Zephaniah 3:17)

Acalma a ansiedade interior com a certeza de que Deus acolhe você com amor e alegria.

26 And looking at them, Jesus said to them, "With people this is impossible, but with God all things are possible."(Matthew 19:26)
