Jesus me ama — essa certeza transforma vidas. O amor de Cristo não depende do nosso merecimento, mas da sua natureza. Ele nos amou primeiro, e nada pode nos separar desse amor.

Nós amamos porque Ele nos amou primeiro. O amor de Deus se manifestou em nos enviar seu Filho como propiciação pelos nossos pecados.

1 See what kind of love the Father has given us in letting us be called God's children! Yet that is what we are. For this reason the world does not recognize us, because it did not recognize him either.

Nem a morte, nem a vida, nem qualquer outra criatura poderá nos separar do amor de Deus em Cristo Jesus nosso Senhor.
38 For I am convinced that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor rulers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers,39 nor anything above, nor anything below, nor anything else in all creation can separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
35 Who can separate us from Christ's love? Can trouble, distress, persecution, hunger, nakedness, danger, or a sword?36 As it is written, "For your sake we are being killed all day long.We are thought of as sheep to be slaughtered."37 No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through the one who loved us.
5 and from Jesus Christ, the witness, the faithful one, the firstborn from the dead, and the ruler over the kings of the earth. To the one who loves us and has freed us from our sins by his blood6 and has made us a kingdom, priests for his God and Father, be glory and power forever and ever! Amen.
1 So be imitators of God, as his dear children.2 Live in love as Christ also loved us and gave himself for us as an offering and sacrifice, a fragrant aroma to God.
