Justiça
Quando olhamos ao redor, percebemos que o mundo anseia por retidão, honestidade e equidade. No entanto, a verdadeira justiça não nasce das leis humanas nem da força, mas tem sua raiz na própria essência de Deus. Ele governa com retidão e chama cada pessoa a andar pelo caminho do que é reto, justo e verdadeiro no dia a dia.
A Palavra de Deus orienta os passos de quem deseja viver de acordo com a vontade divina, mostrando como alinhar a vida aos padrões do Criador. As Escrituras lembram que a graça transforma o coração humano para que a bondade e a verdade marcassem as atitudes, trazendo esperança firme para os dias difíceis e direção segura para a caminhada.
A justiça é atributo de Deus e vocação do cristão. A Bíblia chama os crentes a buscar a justiça, praticar o que é reto e confiar no Deus que julga justamente.
Buscar a justiça
Buscai primeiro o Reino de Deus e a sua justiça. Quem semeia justiça colherá galardão seguro e duradouro.
But seek ye first his kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.(Matthew 6:33)
The wicked earneth deceitful wages: but he that soweth righteousness hath a sure reward.(Proverbs 11:18)
He that followeth after righteousness and mercy findeth life, righteousness, and honour.(Proverbs 21:21)
To do justice and judgment is more acceptable to the LORD than sacrifice.(Proverbs 21:3)
Every way of a man is right in his own eyes: but the LORD weigheth the hearts.(Proverbs 21:2)
Treasures of wickedness profit nothing: but righteousness delivereth from death.(Proverbs 10:2)
Justiça em Cristo
Deus tornou Cristo a nossa justiça. Pela fé somos declarados justos diante de Deus — não por obras, mas pela graça.
Him who knew no sin he made to be sin on our behalf; that we might become the righteousness of God in him.(2 Corinthians 5:21)
For the grace of God hath appeared, bringing salvation to all men, instructing us, to the intent that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly and righteously and godly in this present world;(Titus 2:11,12)
But thou, O man of God, flee these things; and follow after righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, meekness.(1 Timothy 6:11)
Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honourable, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.(Philippians 4:8)
Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.(Galatians 6:7)
And let us not be weary in well-doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.(Galatians 6:9)
Praticar a justiça
O fruto da justiça semeia-se em paz para os que promovem a paz. Os olhos do Senhor estão sobre os justos.
And the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace for them that make peace.(James 3:18)
Confess therefore your sins one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The supplication of a righteous man availeth much in its working.(James 5:16)
Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye doubleminded.(James 4:8)
For the LORD loveth judgment, and forsaketh not his saints; they are preserved for ever: but the seed of the wicked shall be cut off.(Psalms 37:28)
The eyes of the LORD are toward the righteous, and his ears are open unto their cry.(Psalms 34:15)
For he shall never be moved; the righteous shall be had in everlasting remembrance.(Psalms 112:6)
Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the wicked, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.(Psalms 1:1)
With my whole heart have I sought thee: O let me not wander from thy commandments.(Psalms 119:10)
Consequências
O Senhor recompensará cada um segundo suas obras. A justiça exalta a nação e traz segurança aos que a praticam.
who will render to every man according to his works:(Romans 2:6)
See that none render unto any one evil for evil; but alway follow after that which is good, one toward another, and toward all.(1 Thessalonians 5:15)
But and if ye should suffer for righteousness’ sake, blessed are ye: and fear not their fear, neither be troubled;(1 Peter 3:14)
And if ye do good to them that do good to you, what thank have ye? for even sinners do the same.(Luke 6:33)
It is a snare to a man rashly to say, It is holy, and after vows to make inquiry.(Proverbs 20:25)
