Como ser um líder cristão que inspira mudanças positivas?

Um líder cristão deve ser uma fonte de inspiração, tanto na igreja quanto fora dela. Mas como podemos nos tornar agentes de mudança alinhados aos princípios bíblicos?
1. Sirva com humildade
Jesus nos deu o maior exemplo de humildade ao lavar os pés de seus discípulos (João 13:14,15). Ser humilde como líder é essencial para ganhar o respeito e a confiança daqueles que você lidera.
But if I, who am your teacher and your Lord, have washed your feet, you ought to serve each other by doing things like washing each other’s feet. I have made myself an example for you in order that you should humbly serve each other as I have done for you.
2. Escute antes de agir
Um bom líder escuta com atenção antes de tomar decisões. Tiago 1:19 diz:
Every one of you should eagerly pay attention to God’s message and should not speak hastily or get angry easily.
My fellow believers whom I love, you know (OR, I want you to now) that every one of you should be eager to pay attention to God’s true message. Don’t speak without thinking, nor get angry easily,
3. Seja um exemplo vivo
Liderança verdadeira começa com integridade. 1 Timóteo 4:12 nos encoraja:
Timothy, by the way you conduct your life, show the believers in your congregation how they should conduct their lives. Specifically, speak good things, conduct yourself well, love people, trust God, and be pure in every way. If you do all that, no one will have any reason ◄to belittle/to treat you disrespectfully► because of your being young.
Inspirar mudanças requer empatia, visão e obediência à Palavra de Deus. Liderar à maneira de Cristo é um chamado transformador.
