Mal
Encarar o mal ao seu redor gera dúvidas e cansaço, mas você não precisa enfrentar essa realidade sozinho. A Escritura não ignora o peso do que acontece no mundo, nem finge que a maldade não existe no dia a dia. Pelo contrário, ela aponta para uma direção clara e firme, mostrando como manter o coração limpo, proteger os próprios passos e recusar qualquer atitude que destrua a paz.
Em vez de devolver a agressão ou ceder ao desespero, você encontra orientação para agir com retidão e firmeza. As palavras de Deus ensinam a reconhecer as armadilhas, escolher o caminho reto e confiar que a justiça dEle permanece ativa, oferecendo abrigo e direção segura nos momentos mais difíceis da caminhada.
A existência do mal é realidade que a Bíblia confronta diretamente. Deus não é autor do mal, mas nos dá armas para vencê-lo e promete que o bem sempre prevalecerá.
Separar-se do mal
O temor do Senhor é aborrecer o mal. A Bíblia nos exorta a odiar o pecado, guardar os pés do mal e fugir de toda aparência maligna.
Vencer o mal com o bem
Não te deixes vencer do mal, mas vence o mal com o bem. A luz brilha nas trevas, e as trevas não prevalecem contra ela.
Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.
Love
Let love be without hypocrisy. Hate that which is evil. Cleave to that which is good.
Avoid Divisive People
Now I urge you, brothers, to look out for those who cause divisions and offenses, contrary to the doctrine which you learned, and turn away from them.
And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it.
See that no one pays back evil for evil to anyone, but always pursue that which is good, both for one another and for all.
But test all things; hold fast that which is good. Abstain from every form of evil.
Proteção contra o mal
Deus nos livra do mal e guarda nossos passos. Devemos nos revestir da armadura de Deus para resistir às forças das trevas.
And lead us not into temptation,
But deliver us from the evil one.
For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.
I do not ask that You should take them out of the world, but that You should keep them from the evil one.
And the Lord shall deliver me from every evil work and preserve me for His heavenly kingdom. To Him be glory forever and ever. Amen!
Put on the full armor of God, so that you may be able to stand against the stratagems of the devil.
For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual forces of evil in the heavenlies.
"Be angry, and do not sin": do not let the sun set on your anger, nor give opportunity to the devil.
Deus transforma o mal em bem
O que o mal pretendeu contra nós, Deus transformou em bem. Ele tira pureza da aflição e confessa a restauração dos arrependidos.
Therefore laying aside all filthiness and abundance of evil, in meekness receive the implanted word, which is able to save your souls.
If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
And He said, "That which comes out of a man, that defiles a man. For from within, out of the heart of men, come forth evil thoughts, adulteries, fornications, murders, thefts, covetousness, wickedness, deceit, lewdness, an evil eye, blasphemy, arrogance, foolishness. All these evil things come from within and defile a man."
