13 The fear of the LORD [is] to hate evil; pride, arrogancy, the evil way, and the perverse mouth, do I hate.

10 Ye that love the LORD [are to] hate evil; he preserves the souls of his saints; he delivers them out of the hand of the wicked.

14 [Nun] Depart from evil, and do good; seek peace, and pursue it.

133 Order my steps with thy word; and let not any iniquity have dominion over me.

16 Wash yourselves, make yourselves clean; put away the evil of your doings from before my eyes; cease to do evil;

7 Be not wise in thine own eyes; fear the LORD and depart from evil.8 It shall be medicine to thy navel and marrow to thy bones.

21 Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.:

9 [Let] love be without dissimulation, abhorring that which is evil, causing you to come unto that which is good;

17 And I beseech you, brethren, mark those who cause dissensions and offences outside of the doctrine which ye have learned, and avoid them.

5 And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness apprehended it not.

15 See that no one renders evil for evil unto anyone, but always follow that which is good, both among yourselves and to all [men].

21 Examine all things; retain that which is good.22 Separate yourselves from all appearance of evil.

13 And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil, for thine is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.

15 I do not pray that thou should take them out of the world, but that thou should keep them from the evil.

7 The LORD shall preserve thee from all evil; he shall preserve thy soul.8 The LORD shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in from this time forth, and even for evermore.:

18 And the Lord shall deliver me from every evil work and will save me for his heavenly kingdom, to whom [be] glory for ever and ever. Amen.

11 Put on the whole armour of God that ye may be able to stand [firm] against the wiles of the devil.

12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the lords of this age, rulers of this darkness, against spiritual wickedness in the heavens.

26 Be ye angry and sin not; let not the sun go down upon your wrath,27 neither give place to the devil.

20 But as for you, ye thought evil against me; [but] God thought it [out] unto good, to bring to pass that which we see this day, to give life to many people.

21 So then, leave all uncleanness and remains of malice and receive with meekness the word ingested within you, which is able to cause your souls to be saved.

9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us [our] sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

20 For he had said that [it is] what comes out of the man that defiles the man.21 For from within, out of the heart of men, come forth the evil thoughts, the adulteries, the fornications, the murders,22 the thefts, the covetousness, the wickedness, the deceit, the lasciviousness, the evil eye, the slander, the pride, the unwiseness:23 all these evil things come out from within and defile the man.

12 Hatred stirs up strifes, but love covers all sins.

9 Thus hath the LORD of the hosts spoken, saying, Execute true judgment, and show mercy and compassion each one to his brother;10 and do not oppress the widow nor the fatherless, the stranger, nor the poor; and let none of you imagine evil against his brother in your heart.
